Alternity Megatron Diamond Black Version Image Gallery

A japanese blog gives us a finished product view of the new Alternity Megatron repaint: Diamond Black Version. Just like his previous colors, Megatron transforms into a 1:32 scale Nissan Fairlady Z (370Z) with gravital blades and tesseractal swords in robot mode. His construction includes diecast metal and real rubber tires. The paint scheme is now predominantly black with copper and bronze present on his robot mode.

New Prototype Images for iGear's IG-PP01C

A new version of iGear's upcoming IG-PP01 has appeared on chinese message board Actoys. The new "C" variant probably stands for Clear or Crystal, and is another shrunken down, third party, unauthorized reproduction of the Masterpiece Convoy mold. The white stripes on his chest and shoulders will be chromed on the final release version. This variant seems to be a "Art Collection" Magazine exclusive.

Takara Tomy Website Updated with MP1-B Convoy Black Version

Takara Tomy have updated their website with a page for Masterpiece MP1-B Convoy Black Version. This redeco of the Masterpiece Convoy / 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime pays tribute to the long line of black repaint Convoys. These new images show off Convoy's accessories in more detail, including a red Energon Axe, a black and red Matrix, and a darker, more metallic version of the Megatron gun. New Images of Disney Label Donald Duck & Alternity Bumblebee/Cliffjumper

Prototype images for two upcoming Takara-Tomy releases have been spotted: Disney Label Donald Duck & Alternity Bumblebee/Cliffjumper. Alternity Bumblebee/Cliffjumper is the first non-Nissan car based mold to show up in Alternity and will be based on a RS416 Suzuki Swift Sport. Color availability will include Champion Yellow (Bumblebee), and Pearl Red (Cliffjumper).

Donald's image show us the figure with a bit more clarity than previous images. We get a look at his motorized skateboard and also of mini-Donald on his head.

Alternity Diamond Black Megatron Box Art

Hobby Search has posted a new image showing us Alternity Diamond Black Megatron's box art. They have also included high resolution versions of the previously seen photoshopped stock images. The box art shows that this version of Megatron may include a tampographed Decepticon faction symbol unlike the previuos releases.

Alternity Convoy Super Black Bio

As always thanks to TFW contributor SydneyY we can now bring you Alternity Convoy Super Black's bio:

This Convoy, who uses "Vector - 704" Auto Avatar, is one with a unique background; he was once a disciple of the evil until he was redeemed and joined Alternity.

He was once a Convoy in a world no longer exist. He was reproduced by Unicron and for several thousand years tormented, then turned into a destruction machine without a soul. He was defeated by Cybertron after a fierce battle, and 9 hundred thousand years later, in Alternity era, he was welcomed among the Convoys.

His soul has been healed by the power and mercy of the Superior One, and reborn as V-704, he arrived in present time Earth to work faithfully for the Alternity mission.

V-704 behaves as a thoughtful and skilled warrior, but sometimes fights quite ruthlessly because of his different past battle experiences from other Convoys, and he secretly wishes to fight Unicron, but to concentrate on the urgent mission, which is to deal with their arch enemy Hytherion and Megatron, he has buried his personal desire deep inside.
