Transformers Cybertron The Ultimate Collection Replacement Disks Now Arriving

We previously reported that Paramount was offering a disk replacement service for people who bought the Transformers Cybertron: The Ultimate DVD Collection and experienced an error where the first part of the episode "Hidden" was cut off. With thanks to 2005 Boards Member bourdon, we can now confirm that the replacement disks have now begun to arrive! Has yours arrived too? Sound off on our 2005 Boards!

Got mine. Played it and everything seems to be in order! Many thanks to Paramount for stepping up, doing the right thing, and sending out the replacement disk.

How do I know if my copy is on that is missing part of the episode? I have never seen the episode before so it did not raise any red flags with me. Who do I contact?

Being from Australia I don't hold out much hope... but I sent 4 emails and left 2 messages on that pre-recorded service... will see if Paramount are willing to send the replacements overseas.

After a little over a month, it arrived in a UPS packet / envelope today. Wasn't sure what it was until opening it. Paramount wasn't listed on the return address label. I tested the episode "Hidden" and the complete episode was on the replacement disc. Like Bud said at the beginning of the show, "Woo-Hoo!" Hopefully the TF Energon DVD series won't have any issues. That should arrive around Christmas.

10/9 :
Recieved my replacement disc today.

"HIDDEN" no longer hidden.

Came via UPS.
They probably waited until they had a large
number of replys and then sent them out in bulk.
Probably helped with shipping costs.

Update : ran the tracking no.
They were shipped on 10/3/08.
Arrived 10/9.

Paramount doesn't answer emails. But they're good to their word about replacing. Mine arrived today (to Australia - so overseas buyers don't despair).
