Robogeek28:
Wow, my Singapore set may be the ONLY version I own, such a shame.
Takara_destron:
Meh, its still $40 on amazon which works out very reasonable for me to import.
Drew Eiden:
Still not a bad price... a little over a dollar an episode.
knook:
Man, I would expect that price on a complete Unicron trilogy DVD
AutobotMarine:
I thought the price would be set at around $40.00 at US retail. Guess I was wrong.
planetjacker:
Kinda steep. I would consider it if it had the option of Japanese with subtitles, as I did enjoy Galaxy Force.
shockwave2005:
$61.99
Seriously?
PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT
52 21 minute episodes that make ONE season. No extras.
The Battlestar Galactica sets run at about $45 SRP and have tons more stuff.
MEGA FAIL AND MEGA PASS
Railguard:
Yah right!! Bite me!!! 61 freakin dollars, HAH.
Chris McFeely:
This is, uh, something in the vicinity of $40 *cheaper* than it cost to buy all 52 episodes of Armada when Rhino brought them out, y'know.
Elvio:
Suggested retail, guys. Rarely do stores actually put out DVDs, or Blu-Rays for that matter, at suggested retail.
ORIO:
I'm looking forward to this personally.
And Mr. McFeely is right, I think both Armada sets were 35-40 each. And I actually enjoyed Armada when I watched it a 2nd time. Probably because my expectations were lower the 2nd time

"Hey, Transformers is really hot right now, but we only made one movie. So how about we release a DVD set of a cartoon nobody cared about in the first place that has nothing to do with the movie we made"
"And we'll charge a large amount of money for it!"
"It's a new paradigm!"
PARAMOUNT MARKETING BRAINSTORM
mirarage:
As stated in earlier posts,
both here and on the
"sales, deals and coupons"
thread, Amazon.com has this available for pre-order for $39.99.
There is also Free shipping.
Note: the armada sets were in the $45+ price range each.
Neither were found at wal-mart or target.
Best buy & F.Y.E had them at full price.
Autovolt 127:
My 3rd favourite transformers series for $60.00 bucks i'l wait for it on clerance.
Laser_Optimus:
I think someone should point out that this is only the suggested retail price, because if you look at other places it's actually about $20 cheaper.
Here's a link to best buy:
Transformers Cybertron
Best Buy is only charging $44.99 for the set and I can almost guarantee that if you find the set at Wally World or Target it will be at or around $39.99.
Also, the site that put this information up, are they even reliable? As Best Buy has had this price listed for about two months now (I even put the price up awhile ago in this news section and it was ignored...).
Fairlady_Z:
Might get it for $40 at Deep Discount or Amazon. I liked Cybertron. But I'm not sure how high it is on my list of DVDs I want. I might wait until Christmas. Not to mention TFA S1 will be out in August which is a must get.

Why does everything have to come out at the same time?! Nothing for 6 months, then lots of toys and dvds.

Amen, brother.
