That's why they ask for the ISBN and the UPC, to track the affected batches. I don't think they will track it to retailers other than to notify them to let customers know how tobotain the replacement.
I ordered mine last night, just left a voicemail at that 800 number.

I went back and checked, mine has it too. But the reason I didn't notice originally was because I have the old single disc of 4 of the first 5 episodes, and had already watched them recently, and Hidden is the second episode on the disc. So technically I already have a replacement disc, but I'll still call for the official one.

^This. I have the single disc promo that actually contained hidden. which I think happened to you. Memory just remembered what fit and the story followed.
Honestly the 7 minutes were missing are not the highlights of that episode. Glad we did'nt lose Jetfire and thundercrackers awesome dogfight.

Easiest way is to see how long the episode is, it's only 14 minutes long and the others are 21. Also, the episodes should all have five chapters. If "Hidden" has only 4 chapters, you have a bad disc.

Well, I'm not planning on buying the set (just not interested) but I'm glad to hear they're doing a disc replacement program.
I wish they'd do one for some of the edited SpongeBob DVDs (even though I'm sure those were done on purpose... I'm grown-up enough to handle explosions xD)

Awesome. Hidden was a little confusing because there were references to the parts that weren't there later in the episode that just sort of left me wondering what happened. Not that it made in unwatchable, but it did feel like something just wasn't quite right.
I'll be ordering my replacement tomorrow. It'll be nice to have the complete set with all the episodes intact.
