New images have appeared on Photobucket showing different upcoming line releases for Transformer fans. From the new 2010 Transformers line we have a Revenge of the Fallen Dune Runner redeco that was shown at Toy Fair this year: Decepticon Crankstart. He is being pushed as an enemy for the also soon to be released, Voyager Seaspray. Another repaint but now from the Marvel Crossovers line, we get to see a new Spider-Man with symbiont suit color scheme based on the recently released Spider-Man sports car. Finally we see a new Iron Man[/B] also from the Marvel Crossovers line. This one leaves the jet motif and now turns into a sports car like his pal Spidey.

Crankstart looks good but I don't see a need for two versions of this mold as I already own Beachcomber.

Crankstart is pretty cool. I like all the guys in that mold, however…
Scythe
Ah, I see. Thank you. I actually wanted that one, but hopefully he'll still come out later down the road.
Terrortron
Crankstart is going to make an awesome substitute for Jarugar!

I think you're setting your expectations a bit high. They've never really pretended they're competing with Soul of Chogokin.

is it me or are the crossovers getting more….child-ish?
Rewind
I like Iron Man. It looks like an incredibly basic "Transforming Car" toy, but I don't mind. Reminds me of Hot Shot. I almost think they should scale these crossover figures down to scout size. doesn't look like anything would be sacrificed in terms of sculpt or engineering.
Alexander Quinn
Spider-Car looks ridiculous with a giant white spider splashed across it's windshield. That ends up on the back of the bot mode, correct? If so, maybe I'll pick him up and try to remove the spider.
The Marvel Crossovers started out so well, but they just don't feel like the designers are really trying anymore. I'm sick of the constant waves of repaints and repacks, and the molds just seem to be getting either too simplistic for their price or are coated in gibberish paintschemes, like Captain Ghetto-Patches McHummer. I hope this line turns around soon and starts banging out winners again.

Iron man has got one nice vehicle mode! Spidey is more ehhh.
I like the general colors for the Dune RUnner repaint, but I think the guns would have looked better in a single solid color.

Venom is a Symbiote, it's not a proper word but it's what he's (and Carnage, and Toxin, and all the other Symbiotes) referred to in the comics.
Backscatter
Crankstart Yea! Spidey and and the Alcoholic Nay!
MrSoundmeister
i dont know, but im getting a go-bots turbo vibe from ironman… i dont know if its a good thing or a bad thing…
Lumpy
he has been cancelled… but maybe he'll get repackaged and done some other way…
yeah, i was wondering that too, but then i saw this…
never knew that was a spelling… looks wrong to me, but whatever…
symbiot is not correct though either… i still think symbiote is the best…
yeah, you know that can happen alot… its not really a big deal…
Dinobot Nuva
Do want Crankstart, pass on the rest.
Scourge_151
Not a fan of these, although I can see that Spidey being made into a quite good Crasher, the feet clinch it.
Pravus Prime
Bah, misleading thread title, I thought we were finally going to see a black repaint(s) of the Spider-man/Iron Man combiner.

????
According to Merriam-Webster online it's either symbiont (German) or symbiote (French). No Symbiot.
Oxford only has symbiont.

Thank you! Glad to see that I'm not the only one who picked up on that.
There's no "n" in that word. I had to suffer through 7 years of DS9 with Dax being referred to a "symbiont". It's symbiot no "n".

Hey Radicons: Iron Man car=great Wheelie repaint with head replacement

A scout being put up as an enemy of a voyager figure….
