Is this new? I just found this image on 2chan.net and I'd never seen it before.
Name of the figure is Disney Label Mickey Mouse Trailer Halloween Version.
From what I can tell it's a Seven Eleven Net exclusive...I think. My Japanese isn't that good at all. Looks like there may be a specific period in which you can order it: July 14th to September 19th. And then it comes out on the 23rd of September. Price is 4200 yen, obviously.

The rails melted at KissPlayers, the brakes fell off with the Star Wars Crossovers series, and the wheels totally came off at ROTF. Where are we tumbling off to, you may ask?
To having our beloved TFs becoming as whored-up as Ronald McGoddamnDonald. Disney sucks, but at this point i'd take Eisner over Bay.

Seasonal/themed versions of Disney Characters are pretty popular in beanie baby collecting circles, I see the same thing happening with these. Takara could have landed themselves a big money spinner with this line.
