Wow! Does anyone know anything about that 25th Optimus Prime figure? Like tentative release date? Is it an exclusive? I've been thinking about buying a g1 prime off ebay but after seeing this I'll just wait.

nice looks like ill be getting an Earth Megs and Grimlock from Animated as the big versions dont interest me in the least and those 2 Titaniums are a must get

i got BB and amazingly the construction is really good, the plastic feels nice and overall a really cleanly produced solid little toy, they are a lot of fun. they are way more polished than universe delux for eg.

Wow, I was excited about 25th Anniversary Prime... but 70 bucks = no. I guess Pepsi Prime will have to be enough. I should have known it would be that expensive, but that doesn't mean I can't hope

They're just the Universe line with the 25th Anniversary banner. Deluxes, Ultras, Voyagers, Legends, the whole shabang. Standard MSRP so far as I know.

They're deluxe class, so they should be $10.

knew about the tf's might muggs but we're getting joe ones too? sweet!!! btw,are the tf's ones g1 based? they better be.

The only one we know about so far is Optimus Pirme, and I think it's save to bet he'll be G1 based. Personally I think we should get a variety of different series homages, though a G1 Grimlock would be great, imo.

Edit: I don't see it happening, but if we somehow get more than one Optimus Prime Mighty Mugg, I hope that one of them is a RID Prime homage. Which is my favorite incarnation of him.

seriously...i am tired of all the g1 only fanboys completely putting down every non-g1 series....my single most favorite transformer is bw buzzsaw and he is not g1-based....so i would please ask every g1-only fanboy to please stop making post like that so things are enjoyable for everyone

I see where you're coming from... myself, I'm a huge Beast Wars fan.

So I'm glad it's getting its due to some extent with the new Cheetor mold (and if we're lucky, Hasbro will give us a new Dinobot down the line!). Plus, we got those new Primal and Megatron molds in BWX, and the reissue line recently. And of course there's all those awesome Robot Heroes (Transmetal Megatron with the Golden Disk! Yesssss!), and of course Wasp and Blackarachnia in Animated, so I think it's clear Beast Wars is getting its due as well.

Though to be honest, BW had a lot of outstanding figures, whereas most of G1 was bricks - though I didn't grow up with G1, I love a lot of the character designs and am glad to see updates to guys like Ravage (please,please,please give us new Rumble and Frenzy molds Hasbro! please!) and Cyclonus.

Finally, I look at how well the Universe line seems to be moving at stores - I just went to my TRU and they were pretty much cleaned out of Universe deluxes. So people want the G1 homages evidently.

I love the pics of the Black Spider-man crossover and the Grey hulk, but there are clearly displayed versions of Human Torch and Wolverine, did anyone get pics of those?

i am also REALLY excited about nightstick....cause that means all i need is a classics jazz and all hasbro has to do is a simple repaint and package nightstick with said repaint and i am set....for....CLASSICS RICOCHET!!!!!!!!!!

lol yea in my faves bw buzzsaw is the ONLY transformers that is in a higher ranking in my favorites list over ricochet....and it is just one notch and the only reason for that is the memories of my old bw buzzsaw.....*sniff* i miss him

Interesting that 25th Prime has the fat gun mold, just like the iPod releases did... I wonder if the normal gun mold is dead? I also wonder if all the accessories will be bloated (The fists clearly aren't)? I wish they'd include the new head in the 25th release from the iPod figs as well... I've got the white iPod Convoy, and that new head sculpt is pure love (and ball-jointed!!)

Silver Hulk is interesting, haven't picked up the current one & I like this one better.

How many different Bumblebee's are there? They need to stop with the repaints!

Grey/Silver Hulk looks pretty good, and could still, imo, make for a good WW Grimlock kitbash. Black Spidey looks cool too. Can't wait to see wait to see the pics of what Hasbro has planned for Saturday. The statues/busts look pretty good to, though they aren't my thing.

Black Spider-Man Transformer is the only thing that interests me. Everything else is just...bleh.

meh...new star wars figures are ok. A LOT of repaints...but the new grevious doesnt look to bad...his kibble sort of looks like a cape...if you squint at it enough. Looks like theres another new clone trooper mold, based of the new tri fighter thing from the clone wars...looks interesting. BLEH emperor repaint.

I wish we could have got some pics of the Titanium robot modes for Prowl & Grimlock. Vehicles look cool though.

New Marvel TFs look alright, I might pick up black spidey during a dry spell (if there ever is one this year x_x).

I love that Smokescreen bust. Too cool. I've had him on preorder at Toyrocket for months. Can't wait to finally get him.

The silver/blue Hulk is interesting, but not a must have for me. I do like the black Spider-Man, though. I will be getting him.
