AniProwl:
I found what may be the first reviews for Marvel Transformers. Not by me

Enjoy

Iron Man: http://youtube.com/watch?v=7JTsnRa1ToI

Hulk: http://youtube.com/watch?v=nJMRvZc5W_I

A little update on Hulk: http://youtube.com/watch?v=UjXh3-xBM0I

Anyone can put this up on front page if this is new
Scourge_151:
Nice, hope we get these over here in the UK, really like the look of Iron Man
Robogeek28:
That Hulk is killer! I may not be collecting Transformers anymore, but I still collect Hulk figures, SCORE!!!
Locke:
I've been dropping other lines to focus on Transformers, but passing up the movie Iron Man figures has been tough. It looks like this gives me a great excuse to pick up an Iron Man while sticking with my goal of only buying transformers.
Jorssk:
I really don't like those figures like Star Wars, Marvell Transformers...looks really stupid to me.
Synthetic Breed:
Interesting concept but like the Star Wars Transformers, I'll pass. I think it's kinda lame and really, really stretching it Hasbro. What's next, Barbie Transformers where barbie turns into her Dream car? Fuck man.
netkid:
WOW! That Iron Man and Hulk both turned out MUCH better than I expected them to be! They're on the Buy list.
chaosbringer_00:
I haven't bothered to watch the Hulk video, but Iron Man looks really nice. He seems pretty solid in both modes, good posability, and surprisingly little undercarriage kibble. I also like that he seems to be between the size of a deluxe and a voyager, befitting his $15 price. I may pick this guy up.
big hank:
Hulk just went from buy to MUST BUY!! And just how sweet WOULD a Barbie TF be?
Shin Densetsu:
Wow did anyone see the Hulk update? His articulation increases and he has gone from pass for me, to a buy!. I dig Iron Man, except his exposed forearms. Other than that, surprisingly I like this. Its a wonder what a proper transformation does. If hasbro had more properly transformed toys in their photos, maybe they would get more sales. For example Hulk's photos on package make him look sucktacular in robot mode. When properly transformed, he looks excellent.

OOOO!! I might wait for the grey one! Grey Hulk=WIN.
Shin Densetsu:

No, its My Little Pony turning into a character from Beast Wars Neo.
Takara_destron:
Loving the Iron Man, I shall be getting 2 of him (one to keep and one for a kitbash I have in mind)

Hell, why buy just the one? Get both like me, heck maybe they'll make a red version as well.

What are the chances of Hasbro doing repaints?
benzo:
really liking the Iron Man fig. I will be getting him for sure.

Wanted ones? Slim to none.
Backscatter:
Undecided on this line, but TFs Ironman has me interested.
LightningZERO:
Oh yeah...waiting for them to hit retail!!!
Dinobot Nuva:
Damn, had only planned on getting Hulk...but now?
Augh, maybe I'll pick Iron Man up during a plastic dry-spell or something.
DN
Ezilla82:
Well that was an interesting review. I dig both of them I think its an awesome concept, a little bit better than its MegaMorph line, but still I'll get them. So I'm looking forward for them in retail.
Shin Densetsu:

I rarely get multiples of the same mold. Few exceptions. Red Hulk? Bah, its a Jeph Loeb creation(He is hit or miss to me, I wasn't too excited for the storyline after reading the first Red Hulk/Loeb issue)!

I think grey Hulk is already listed

Honestly I think these are a lot better than the MegaMorphs. Wolverine with arms spread lying on chest as a jet vs. something that actually turns into a vehicle. This Hulk is WIN vs MegaMorph Hulk. The only thing MegaMorphs did better is having pilot figures.
SMOG:
These are a lot bigger than I expected them to be... I guess in that in-between scale like the SWTFs.

I really like both... especially the Iron Man. Though not as Iron Man, of course. They both just look like promising kitbash starters.

I'll probably wait for Grey Hulk just because he'll be easier to make into another character from a neutral colour like that.

Right, that would be totally lame. I can't imagine anything dumber than a pink convertible corvette that transforms into a skinny pink girl robot. That would be the height of stupidity!

ZOMG! So when are we gonna get a Classics Arcee?!?

Synthetic Breed:
LOL
Noisemaze:
Oh dear God! Just when you think it can't possibly get any worse we get toy geeks+video camera's+Youtube.

Do they always have to sound so damn bored with life???

*Swish!*
Liege Prime:
Unless the only thing you're rating these on are alt modes, these things seem a far step above the Star Wars TF's. The concept is still very much "WTF?" but at least these guys look like they have both decent alt modes and great robot modes.
ErechOveraker:
IM is still a pass. Hulk is a double grab, one to keep and one to bash.
Shin Densetsu:

Oh please. That review was helpful, besides most of us here watch video reviews.
Omegatron1:
Both are now Buys for me. Love the gerwalk mode for Iron Man!
Fort Max:
I wonder how long it'll be before they do a tasty stealth Iron Man repaint.
tanleeseng:
Ironman will make a great kit-bash for Jetfire as for Hulk...hmm I don't know....Brawl maybe ?
Railguard:
I don't get these things, they look really cool in alternate mode, figures though, I'm not too sure.
GrimlockAutobot:
"Frankenhulk Smash!!!" Is it just me or does that hulk look more like Frankenstein and less like the hulk?

In a way I sorta say it was better than MegaMorph, but I guess it turn out differently, but all well. As for them having pilot figures its like the Star Wars Transformers in a way, but still that's my opinion.

Actually someone did a digibash of this into a War Within Grimlock and it wasn't that half bad, really.

I think he did say that it looked like Frankenstein than the Hulk in the review. My opinion is that it does look like Frankenstein from afar, but once see it close up...oh yeah it definitely looks like the Hulk.
Paradigm-Shift Prime:
Barbie Transformers!!!

I was only kidding anyway, at least about why you shouldn't buy both. I plan on it, and if there WAS a red version made I'd pry buy that one as well.
red00wolf:
Correctly transformed hulk looks even better, these are all must buys for me.
Pravus Prime:
I'm liking Iron Man. I'm just wondering if I should hold of for a Stealth or War Machine Repaint? If I did get it, chances are I'd recolor the yellow to silver and have Silver Centurian.
Fort Max:
War Machine had better be a remould at the very least, new head, gauntlets with guns and his shoulder weapons would be best but that might be stretching it for remoulds.

nah! it will transform into professor princess! lol

i think they look WAY better then the starwars ones, lol, ironman's loaded with weapons, i like that, and hulk just looks hulkish lol.

i'll probably get these

of course, classics/universe and animated come first

My guess is that Hasbro most likely will not do a remold for a simple repaint.

Look at Spider-Man, he's already being repainted into his Symbiote costume, and Hulk already into his Grey version. Who's to say Venom won't be repainted into a half-assed Carnage (ToyBiz did it) or Wolverine won't be repainted into his brown costume? (ToyBiz again)

The best we'll probably get is a repainted Iron Man into War Machine, OR a Stealth (Blue Suit) version of Iron Man (ToyBiz did that too).

To make it look like War Machine, Hasbro might have his detachable jet missiles already attached to his forearms in robot mode to mimic "gauntlets with guns", and make him appear this way in all official Hasbro images and packaging pictures so that he appears slightly different from the Iron Man figure.
^Which might catch unsuspecting buyers off guard and make them think it's a new figure (if they did not know about the detachable/forearm-attachable missiles feature), possibly leaning them towards buying a simple repaint (that they might think is a new figure).

Just my theory of what might happen.
Fort Max:
Booo, War Machine deserves better.

Also, a Hulkbuster Iron Man that transforms into, er... a rock!
Otispq:
Too bad Hulks tank turret doesn't rotate, but I'll still pick both of them up. Ironman looks really good.
WhiteMocha:
A grey War Machine repaint of the IM mold could make easy fodder for a Leader-1 kitbash.
Fort Max:
Watched the videos of these last night and they're actually better then I was expecting them to be. A bit gappy/floppy in places but a vast improvment in SWTF's and I reckon I'll be buying into these.
Their larger size and surprising number of parts doesn't hurt them either.

I couldn't agree more. I actually wrote this line off at first, mainly because the Star Wars TF's didn't strike my fancy. They're cool, but the robot modes just never sat right with me.

But these, my friend, look terrific! I was impressed with Iron Man's transformation and detail. The hip guards was a really nice touch, and the chest emblem popping out was icing on the cake. The wings in the back don't jive with the usual Iron Man aesthetic, but the video reviewer's way of making it look more like a winged backpack is quite acceptable.

I'm not a Hulk fan, but wow, after seeing the first video I knew I had to have him. Great transformation, and terrific design in both modes. I love that he has front/back ankle articulation (and toes, too), and that his hands are as detailed as they are. I also like that his arms were designed with the panels doubling-back on themselves so as to give Hulk beefier forearms. The lack of turret rotation is a slight bummer, but given the relative complexity of the figure as well as the two terrific modes, I can forgive it

Looking forward, Spider-Man's figure looks okay, but it's easy to tell that he'll have a transformation like Arcee/Elita-1's. Not a bad thing, since that design lends itself well to fairly slender 'bot modes. Venom on the whole looks great, but I'll bet dollars-to-energon that HasbroToyShop's photography team fugged-up his 'bot mode like so many other TF's on the site. Even so, his alt mode looks absolutely wicked, and his 'bot mode looks great, too. I love how Hasbro integrated web blasters into both of these guys. Spidey's, though, don't look like they shoot out from under his wrist, though.

I'm looking forward to Wolverine now, too...

All-in-all, this line seemed like a bust when I first heard about it, but after seeing these vids, I'm 100% sold.
Liege Prime:
I'm not sure if anyone has reported this yet, but they are all now available for preorder on HTS. It says they don't ship until on or around July 24th though.

Here is a quick link to the Hulk:

clonemanager:
wow... I thought I was going to like Venom only... but now... Hulk might be in my buy list...
Velcrohead:
As a fan of both lines (Marvel and Transformers), I'm intrigued by the concept of crossovers... these toys are great fodder for a fanfic that's been brewing in my head (which would involve actual Transformers characters and Marvel characters, and a legitimate reason for the two intertwining.)

Can't say I'll be buying them though... Henkei Thundercracker will be taking most of my collection dollars for now, and then Universe/Classics 2.0 is next on the list. On the other hand, I expect these toys will probably end up being available at the Goodwill nearby, so no doubt I'll pick them up then. (Found a Red Exillion there today.)

One exception...if they put a BFG (big effin' gun) in with War Machine, I might buy him at retail.
