I believe you're referring to a scene Buzz Dixon wanted to put into the 80's MLP movie, but was rejected (for obvious reasons). It's on the wiki; apparently, some of the ponies were supposed to randomly happen upon Shipwreck, who was drunk at the time, and upon seeing them, he smashes his whiskey bottle and starts praying.

But, yeah, that aside, everything you just described sounds unbelievably awesome.

The only scene I could think of is:

Starscream is chasing down Cliff Jumper who is going through a field. Out of nowhere a girl is walking with her little ponies. Starscream trying to get Cliff Jumper shots like crazy completely destroying the ponies who are in the way. "Oh no, not my ponies is heard as the little girl cries". And Cut.

But, no, I was just kidding around; figured I'd pull the "obnoxious brony" routine for some quick lulz. Though I must say, your...idea is actually pretty funny-- the last line totally sells it! XD

Sounds as though they're finally getting to work on that movie idea they proposed a while back. I had just assumed it had been canned, tbh. Should be interesting to see, but I don't expect it to be good, but I'll wait to see how it turns out.

So what would a movie be about? Megatron takes over the Monoploy guy's business and buys out Celestia (or whatever the My Little Pony franchise takes place in). Eventually Megatron forms a corperate partnership with COBRA. GI Joe thinks this is a terrorist move and join the Autobots to investiagte.
In the final scene we get a show down on a uge feild with all the good characters on one side and all the evil characters on the other side. That purple pony leads the charge riding on top of Optimus Prime's truck mode.
In the battle we get:
Prime's Megatron and Pinkypie having a "who's more corss-eyed" contest with megatron's head exploding from trying too hard.
Destro getting run over by the car from Monopoly and Cobra Commander being smacked in the head with the shoe and iron.

It ends with Soundwave DJ-ing while the My Little Ponies sing.
