Slagacon 2012 Announces Scott McNeil, Neil Kaplan and Jon Bailey Crumpton as guests

News just in from 2005 Boards member Transjazz - three guests have been announced for Slagacon 2012. The three voice actor guests will be Neil Kaplan, voice of Robots in Disguise Optimus Prime, Scott McNeil, voice of a whole bunch of characters including the Beast Wars trifecta of Waspinator, Dinobot and Rattrap, and Jon Bailey Crumpton aka Jon3.0!

Slagacon 2012 will be held at the Mill Creek Civic Center in Chesterfield, IN over the weekend of October 13-14, 2012. Find out more at the Slagacon 2012 homepage.

Sweet, Scott McNeil! At this rate, what with me already having autographs from David Kaye and Garry Chalk, I'm gonna have an autograph from everyone who worked on BW before long!

Neil Kaplan is also really cool, though I have to admit I never got the chance to finish RiD (started watching it a little while ago, but couldn't really get into it).

And I can't quite recall who Jon Bailey Crumpton is. It sounds familiar, but I can't quite place it.

Still, though, I'm really liking the fact that we went from one guest voice actor to three in the course of a year, not to mention the other guests and the second day of the convention. Slagacon's really growing fast!

EDIT: Oh, Jon3.0! I feel kinda stupid for not making that connection (and for posting before consulting Google, as opposed to just the TFWiki)

Nice! sadly i still think its unlikely i'll be able to go. I could do the drive, i just dont know what my finances will be at that time and what my grad school schedule will be

Awesome guests! More and more likely that I'm going to go. Really wanna meet Scott McNeil. His last BotCon appearance was 2006, right? That was my first, and I ignored everything but the dealer room. Oh well, newbie mistakes.

Jon you have a big part in the TF fandum and no matter what you do at Slagacon, it will be fun and memorable!

We will have the schedule revamped soon and released to slagacon.com in order for everyone to see just how much Slagacon 2012 has to offer this year!
