they called me and confirmed my order today
n10zguy
Since they tweeted 5 days ago that Primus was 85% gone and the Iacon was 50% gone, I would wager that the Primus is hovering around 90% now and then Iacons about 60-65%

I wonder how close they are to sold out status.

I just called and spoke to FunPub again today to see if I could get a status update since they have not responded to any emails I have sent. The person I spoke with said that they just resolved the computer issues they were having yesterday and that they should be making their way through the "Incomplete" list today or tomorrow. So keep an eye out on your email I guess .. hopefully within the next day we get confirmation on our orders finally.
Oh I also asked if we got thrown into the Incomplete list during that first day if we still get the pin and she said yes we should.

Same here. I'm kinda hoping my order got lost…..

There are a few figures from the set that I like, so I went ahead and bit. I'll be breaking up the loose set, so if any of you guys that just want one figure are interested, just hit me up by PM Road Rage was just too good to risk missing.

Ah, I see. Thanks so much for the info guys.

Close, but not quite. Yes, the original was a pending authorization, and it dropped off after a couple days. For whatever reason, there is a bigger than normal gap between the authorization and the actual charge, so you seen the drop-off. That will soon be fixed, as the Club will not wait until shipment to charge your card. Expect to see the actual charge Monday or Tuesday.

Same thing happened to me, only with my credit card. The Iacon package showed up as "pending" for a few days and disappeared, with no trace that it was ever there. I spoke with a buddy of mine and was told that this is normal. I suppose it is sort of a way for the seller to authorize the credit card for the purchase, making sure there are sufficient funds in there to cover the amount, so it shows up as a temporary pending purchase. And then, when it ships out, the card will be charged again. Just guessing here…
I'm assuming that you should be fine, though…since you got to the invoice screen (some didn't) and received the confirmation e-mail. In the future, if there's some discrepancy, you have proof that your order was approved and that you're locked in for a set.

I have a question, I bought the set wednesday, and the payed amount hit my bank account, I also got the confirmation email that night saying the registration was approved.
Today, I go to look in my account, and see that my money has been refunded without me knowing. Does that mean I don't get the set now?

For the incomplete list people, I called funpub and they aren't done going through the incomplete list. They are supposed to call us. No phone call today. Maybe Monday?
Thundershot
I got one the next day, early afternoon.

I was one of the many who had issues registering with the site crashes and I have yet to receive a confirmation email or an acknowledgement to the email I sent them asking for a status update.
KING KONVOY
Did anyone get the confirmation email?

Their registration page says 500 loose sets which is a increase of 100 from last year. According to GB's Unofficial BC page there were 1600 box and 400 loose last year. So 1750-2000 box sets for this year would sound right if they did a "significant" increase. Heck, an additional 100 loose sets is a pretty decent bump considering they almost always seem to make 400 loose sets.
I do wonder how many box sets they set aside for Iacon registration.
Lumpy
yes, that could potentially be really awesome, but would a customizer be able to stay within Botcon's budget?
i'm thinking 1800 box sets, and 400 loose sets… maybe more?
Bogatan
Those numbers are pretty meaningless though with out knowing what percentage of the total is Iacon and Primus and how many boxset got made in total.
If 2000 boxsets are made and 1000 are primus and 1000 Iacon then they have only sold 1350, less than 70%. If its 1900 Primus and 100 Iacon then over 80% sold.
If the figure is 2000 (which is 400 more boxsets than last year- which would be a large increase based on GB Blackrocks datasheet) then they have probably sold less in two weeks than they did in a week last year. But they haven't had the panicked "Oh my god its 90% sold" mad dash that last year had by now because of the extra sets produced.
In the unlikely event they made more than 2000 then they have probably surpassed last year. Less than 2000 and they could be some way behind.
Thundershot
Also keep in mind that they're producing more this year than any previous Botcon. They need to find that "sweet spot" so that everyone that wants one can get one, and the club not have any left over after the con.
Chris (I'd have done a Masterforce set and had Overlord, Metalhawk, Minerva (from Tracks or Jazz), Go Shooter (from Red Alert), Wilder (from BW Jawbreaker), and Black Zarak (from Energon Scorponok, and true BZ colors, not like Dark Scorponok).
