Absolutely no idea, but considering that Hasbro plans on showing off wave six not long after the movie, I'll be surprised if we don't get a look at wave 5 sometime between now and the release of the movie. Though I can also see them saving that for a tandem reveal with wave six.
Either way I'm looking forward to it, as Air Raid sounds interesting. I'm really hoping his alt-mode looks like the one PCC limb that turned into a "radar plane", but bigger and green colored. Though depending on how his deco turns out, I might just wait and see how they choose to repaint him.
Well, from what I've read he's gonna be sort of a radar JET. I'm just like you, I'm itching to see what Air Raid looks like.

I'm sure it's annoying for Hasbro as well, not being able to show the cooler dotm stuff but that's part and parcel of being involved in a multi million dollar blockbuster movie. They have to appease Paramount by keeping some stuff under wraps, it's why we never see much at toyfair on a movie year.
SDCC is well after the movie's release date so Hasbro will no longer have any restrictions placed on what they can show.
And all of the movie embargoed items they even said they'd try to have pictures up as soon after the movie release as possible.
I find it hard to believe that out of every last individual viewing the toy panel coverage, not a soul would set their iphone to record, or something I mean people make shit poor copies from movies by just shitting there, I cant believe not one person took a lil photo…
Hasbro specifically mentioned that they do these as a special preview for the attendees, and if the images leaked they'd be less willing to continue showing us these things, and politely requested that no one photograph or record the panel. I'm actually damn proud of the fact that everyone there can keep their shit together and respect that request.

No, they don't. They pretty much said "we can't predict the market", which means they didn't know retailers were going to say "no, we don't need anymore non-movie toys before we get all this movie stuff in a few months"
And before people start bitching about "people couldn't get these"… bullshit.
EVERY SINGLE FIGURE has been available online since last freakin FEBRUARY. Granted a bit more expensive than Walmart (in Windcharger's case, a LOT more expensive), but if these were really so damn important, most would have sucked up the extra cost and just ordered the figures online.
And for the record, my area got NOTHING between wave 3 of 2010 and the launch of Dark of the Moon. That means no wave 4 deluxes, much less Reveal the Shield. No wave 3 and on Voyagers. No wave 3 and on Legends. No Powercores from wave 4 on (both sizes). And we're firmly stuck on wave 5 of Generations.
And that doesn't even touch the non-existent GI Joe and Marvel Universe selections in this store (as in, they don't even carry them unless they cycle in for the Christmas season, but then they'll just disappear after)
I agree with everything above. Everyone had their chance.
Hasbro has some real explaining to do.I know a few people who were never able to get Grapple.Though I was fortunately able to get him from HTS.

In Regards to the RTS stuff that Hasbro showed that(well has now been canned thanks to DOTM).It looked like Hasbro kinda rubbed windcharger,Rumble/Frenzy and the RTS Voygers in the face of Transfans.Hasbro has some real explaining to do.I know a few people who were never able to get Grapple.Though I was fortunately able to get him from HTS.
They said they heard us and were going to do their best to get us those toys that they were so proud of making, but I agree that it's empty words and still no guarantee. Why not just stock them online? Dunno. People too busy asking questions about my little ponies.
Was there any mention of the Windcharger debacle? I tried searching this thread for his name, but didn't find it. The picture on the TFW front page has WC with his little placard that says "Available Now."
Bull. Shit.
QFT and LOL.
I am also wondering about the RTS Rumble/Frenzy Scout class toy. I wish someone would have asked about them.
I was pretty underwhelmed by Botcon news this year. I am not a movie-fan, so most of the DOTM toy news didn't matter to me. TF Prime is growing on me and I might get the toys once I see them in person. I was most excited about the news about the Amazon Unicron and a confirmation that a more classic style Arcee toy is in the works.
I just hope Hasbro will find some retailers for RTS so they can get out to more stores and into collectors/fans hands.
So…. from the sound of everything, the best news (for me, at least) to come out of Botcon was the Club Runamuck & Runabout… and the FansProject G2 Prime Trailer.

Wave 5? What happened to 4?
"Just kidding."

When will they release DOTM Wave 5??
Fort Max
Sweet, it's great when they actually use their website.

Human Alliance Arcee with Daniel in exo suit, believe!

^ Collector's Club freebie and exclusive, from Generations Wheeljack, with new heads.
unicron’s blues
Anyone have a link to the Amazon Unicron listing? I tried looking it up but no go so far, I guess they might not have it listed yet.
And did I miss something about Runamuck and Runabout, I just skimmed over the 17 some odd pages.
Anguirus
^ I'm not, I'm just…too afraid to get worked up again. I was SURE that Generations Arcee listing was going to be what I was waiting for.

I'm surprised so many people are overlooking the comment about Hasbro having something big in the works for a G1 Arcee later this year.
