the panel started late,and designers talked about almost all thing we knew yesterday and Tyrese is wasted rest time??!?!?!?!
this is the worst designer panel .....

That only lasted for 30-40 minutes!
and half of it was Tyrese!

I want to see the human alliance figures, and of course leader Starscream. I would hope they'd at least put Human Alliance Sideswipe and Skids out for display, right?

So deluxe Ratchet has an EMP doom-cannon. Niiiiiice. Really cool that they decided to homage Animated in the movie line. CAn't wait to see pictures of Bayverse Lockdown.

I wonder if the people actually at Botcon are feeling as gypped about being tricked into a Tyrese panel as we are.

They really love to shove RoTF stuff in front of our faces with Tyrese and all this focus on the sequel's toyline without saying much about Classics 3.0 and when they will finally get to making Animated Omega and Constructicons.

What a disappointing 25th anniverary BotCon.

Classics 3.0 is over a year away. It's probably in early concept stages.

Yes. Lockdown's engine fits in his arm and he comes with defibrillator panels.

This is unusual and kinda interesting. Sol responded to this saying that deluxes and scouts can use each others weapons... perhaps there's a forthcoming deluxe Ironhide?

And I thought Breakdown was a decepticon.

Revealing Leader class Starscream was awesome. Now I have no doubt's about not picking up the new ROTF Screamer mold. I'll pick that up as a repaint and wait for the REAL movie Starscream to come out next year.

Also, Tyrese being at the panel was completely pointless. If Hasbro wanted him to talk about the movie and not the toys why not give him his own panel, don't suck up the time from the designers panel with your horribly plugs about your own comic or whatever.

Still a good toy, I will buy that leader at the drop of a hat though.

totally. I got mine though, and no way it's going back.

Leader class will have to be the very epitome of awesome.

I think it was an unpainted prototype, but don't take my word for it.

Tyrese could have been at the movie panel, the comic panel (sort of), and hell, even the VA panel. But this panel had NOTHING to do with him. Great to have him there, I am sure, but seriously, I wanted to hear about TOYS! I thought he was maybe going to show off HA Sideswipe. But no. He did not.

Though, cool to hear them considering him for a Luke Cage movie (or whatever Marvel movie they feel they can sqeeze him into).

Well that was a bit disappointing, the Hasbro designers panels of previous years were very interesting with all sorts of insights into the selection and design processes etc. This year we get a handful of comments on what was shown yesterday, one new (admittedly awesome) reveal and then twenty minutes of Tyrese...

Man, hopefully Hasbro sends out pictures of the toys. I want to see the Animated ones so badly.

It's not really surprising if they have standard peg hole like a large number of transformers.

Unless there is added functionality beyond being able to hold each other's weapons.(Like Ratchet and Lockdown.)

Wow. Lot's of cool stuff at the panel (though the announcement of Leader SS has me wondering if I should bother picking up Voyager SS now... shame to upstage such an awesome toy so early... you'd think they'd have made a Leader Blackout instead...). However, what the heck is up with Tyrese being there? Seems like Hasbro didn't want to reveal too much about their future projects just yet... which makes sense when Universe 3.0 is more than a year away at best... but to eat up the designer panel time with Tyrese (he's a cool guy and all though) is kind of crappy. Would have been cooler if they had at least done a Q&A if they just didn't have anymore new stuff to show us. Still, as long as everyone at the panel enjoyed themselves... that's what really matters right? Not us poor saps living vicariously through Sol because we couldn't attend.
