TCC Figure Subscription Service Serpent O.R. New Image

Posted on 10-01-2014 at 04:57 PM by Sol Fury under Conventions
27471042d1412184836-tcc-3-0-serpent-o-r-10636216_782233578502289_6558047963077411513_n The Transformers Collectors Club has shared a new image of their year 3 Figure Subscription Service figure, Serpent O.R. Serpent O.R. is a clever use of the Ratbat version of the Generations Scourge mold to represent the biomechanical version of G.I. Joe archvillain Serpentor, as seen in the now-classic Devil's Due Transformers & G.I. Joe Art of War miniseries.

If you feel this one has nailed the look and you're taken with the other five in next year's set - G2 Starscream, Nacelle, Carzap, Krok and Tarantulas - then you may wish to act quickly as today is the final day to order this year's Transformers Figure Subscription Service - and we're told there will not be many spares of this year's sets. Head on over to the Transformers Collectors Club homepage for more information.

Timelines issue #9 will be a full 22 page story taking place directly after the Timelines #8 issue (Machine Wars: Termination) spotlighting the entire lineup of the Subscription Service 3.0 characters!

The creative team of Timelines #8 will also make their return continuing their work. The interior art will be done by artist Josh Burcham, while the story is written by Jesse Wittenrich.

TCC Figure Subscription Service Tarantulas Revised Promo Image

Posted on 09-12-2014 at 04:01 PM by Sol Fury under Conventions
27467080d1410545329-tcc-figure-subscription-service-tarantulas-promo-new Demonstrating that they do indeed listen to fan feedback, the TCC has posted a fresh image of their Figure Subscription Service 3.0 Tarantulas on their Facebook page. Compared to the one that we saw yesterday, this version of the Predacon mad scientist features darker colors overall, with his face and forearms reworked to better resemble how the character looked in Beast Wars.

Check out the new promo attached to this post, and check out the Transformers Collectors Club homepage to get in on the ground floor of this year's subscription service - we've been told that the numbers of figures being made this year are going to be very limited to the point that there might not be much in the way of spare stock, so act now to avoid potential disappointment later.

In the way of some extra fun, please see a comparison image of the three prospective decos of this figure - Botcon 2014 reveal, yesterday's mockup and today's revised deco - as compiled by TFW2005 member Jalaguy attached to this post.
