I've said it before, and I'll say it again, there's more story, characterisation, and downright fun in these five pages than in the whole of the Costa On-Going!
But James Roberts gets the free pass, I am comfortable with his comics getting that preview treatment because I know that a lot more will happen in the remaining pages too.
How funny, someone had to draw a picture of Optimus for Tailgate. It'd be funny/sad if whoever it was trolled him and drew, say, Laserbeak.

This is actually getting pretty damn good. So much stuff jam packed into the pages. Probably going to have to pick up the series now. I've been avoiding it, but this is pretty engaging. Anywhere I can pick this up digitally online?
You know, this addresses one of the few problems I had with LSOTW: the fact that Overlord REALLY didn't seem like the type to be interested in exposing Autobot court records. Nice to see there was more to it than that.
Trailbreaker got a little tipsy and has gone from happy-drunk to angry-smack-talkin'-drunk. I think Trailbreaker just resents popular people because everyone thinks of him as a "one-trick pony."

Yes, definitely. I really hope James Roberts (plus Nick Roche, Alex Milne, and John Barber too) are willing to stay for the long haul. I'll be sad if they ever get bored or tired of Transformers.

what funny & Sad is you are completly correct. what also pleases me, is there was a thread back when Costas run ended....ugly thread, but it was stated that none of us would ever be happy, that no matter how good this run seemed, within 1 year we would be "missing" Costa and pine for those "Better stories from before" and so on and so forth through each writer... Does anyone ever see the day we miss Costa over THIS?! I thought not.
Anyway, I will have to be patient with regards to this issue. I have to go get married and then go on a cruise. Hoping it will be worth it. ![]()
