At last, the news all Transformers comic fans have been waiting for! Courtesy once again of Newsarama, we now have the preview for Transformers: More than Meets the Eye #28, the first issue of the fan-favorite series’ second season.

Perfect! Then you would have one you can display in the Wheelchair mode along with Sandstorm and Springer taking on the main Flying and and Car mode!
Autovolt 127
That's A Great Idea.
Yggdrasil
I think that you could make an amazing Nautica toy out of Voyager Sandstorm.
All it takes is a new head and a purple colour scheme. Not quite the alien-howercraft like the comic but she would go nice with the upcoming Voyager Brainstorm.
Pravus Prime
I am so hyped for this issue, and where it'll lead. This is what TF comics should be!
WilyMech
I have a couple wishes I want the full preview but mostly I wish the issue is out
General Magnus
So Megatron is like Illyria from Angel?
Knightdramon
Most of the characters you mentioned weren't supposed to start as main characters or weren't introduced until later on, so it makes sense not to have them on the first issue cover.
I think Trailbreaker will still have the same role…a friendly face in the crowd with some memorable lines.
To be honest, it had taken us about 22 issues to piece together a crew manifest for S1, and even then, it was below 100 members for a 220 or so members crew. I don't expect this to change for S2.

Yes, Sureshot was among the crew members sucked out of the hull breach early on. Later, he and Waverider were put in the brig ('til Rodimus rectified this) by Ultra Magnus for playing grenade tag outside his office.
Star Saber
I could definitely see that! He'd need some retooling on the hood area, but the Vehicon even has the rear spoilers to help make it work.
Starscream Gaga
Very, very well said.
Personally I hope Megatorn does NOT seek redemption. One of the consistent thing about Roberts' writing of Megatron (and Cyclonus, for that matter) is that he shows no remorse for his past actions and I'd like it to stay that way. What Megatron did was for a purpose, continuing killing no longer served that purpose so he gave it up. That's it.
I'd rather a new mold that can be retooled into Getaway. Although their robot modes are quite different, they have the same alt mode.

Can anyone else see that design of Rodimus as a retool of a Prime RID Vehicon? We seriously need a MTMTE Rodimus figure.

Actually I think you're right. I wondered if the black parts above the shoulders might be wheels but the big shoulder facets threw me. The face plate and big visor fit too. While that's not strictly interior decorating, I suppose Atomizer's had to apply some post war diversification to that skill set, much like Brainstorm discussed awhile back.
Coffee
He looks like Atomizer to me.

Ha, of course; well spotted! Now I've pegged the last eavesdropper as Joyride, does anyone want to guess or figure out who the two are on the scaffold?
The one on the left of the scaffold seems to be white or light grey for the most part, with some black. What seems to be a light bar on their back (instead of the feet as on the original toy) nevertheless had me thinking of Streetwise, and the red thighs back that up. Admittedly even if it is Streetwise, doing some work on the outside of what's presumably the Lost Light doesn't mean he's a crew member, though it would be neat to think so.
That would supposedly bring us up to maybe four Protectobots on the Lost Light so far, though Blades is easy to miss in the big spread for Under Cold Blue Stars for anyone who might've only taken a quick look through a physical comic, because he's where the pages meet (between Trailbreaker and Dogfight for anyone still wondering).
As for the other character on the scaffold, I really cannot tell who it is, beyond that they're probably red and possibly a flyer, the latter of which is good for the safety of their co-worker!
Captain
I believe that's Metroplex transformed in city mode
Stryker055
I would say it's because we're dealing with a race that has been constantly fighting for 4 million years- they're just sick of it. Killing either of them based on past crimes would just result in more fighting, and since the war has finally ended, no one wants that. It's just the hope that anyone can truly change for the better. Sometimes you really do have to forgive your enemies to get your happy ending.

Guys not every major character in MTMTE is on the cover for the simple reason that they specifically wanted to use characters that weren't on the first issue cover. Brainstorm, Skids, Swerve, Tailgate and First Aid weren't on the original cover despite being major characters so they get to be on this one with all the new main characters. Though part of me wonders if Trail-meister will actually get more panel time this season or if he's just used on the cover because he we on the "meet the crew" page last season and wasn't on the first cover.

I hope we get to see Megatron's alt-mode at some point.
If this version is the Leader figure, then I imagine we will.

This again…Megatron = Hitler
And so I will paraphrase what should have the been the FINAL word on this matter:
Comparing Megatron to Hitle is massive oversimplification….Hitler actually made it a purpose to kill millions in his "Final Solution". Megs did what he did regardless of what occurred to the natives. Think of Megs as a Colonial Expansionist (Manifest Destiny/ White Man's Burden). Our forefathers didn't initially set out to massacre Native Americans (though that is what expansionism resulted in). Instead, our forefathers set out to expand and further colonize and populate the then, wild Americas, and did so regardless of what happened to the Native Americans. Unfortunately, this atmosphere was perfect for thugs, despots, and heartless murderers to operate while hiding behind a rank, uniform, or office (Custer, anyone?). It is the same with the Decepticon army; thugs and maniacs hiding behind Meg's cause for toppling the corrupt "Autobot" regime headed by the Cybertronian Senate and it's line of False Primes and later on, Meg's cause to restore Cybertron.
MTMTE has been a fantastic ride so far. I do hope Megs stays as an Autobot; there is a Plethora of ideas that can pulled out the creative well that is Meg's road to redemption as he will need to come both to terms and face to face with the very sins he has wrought. After all, the road to Hell is paved with good intentions; and what a long (and entertaining for us) road Megs will have to travel back from.

For those worrying about where [Season one MTMTE character] is, I think it's worth noting this is only a three page preview.
