Simon Furman and Guido Guidi to produce comic for Generations 2009 Volume 3

In a recent blog post, Simon Furman proudly announced that he would be producing his first ever Japanese comic strip very shortly. The two page story will be published in Generations 2009 Volume 3, out on August 17th, with art by Guido Guidi. The story will tie together the comic strips from volumes 1 and 2. Simon Furman will also post a translation of the comic after the book has been released.

Simon Furman will be writing his first ever comic for the Japanese market with a special 2 page story for Generations 2009 Volume 3, with art by Guido Guidi. It'll tie up with the comics from the first two volumes, and Simon will make a translation of the script available after the release.

That's pretty awesome. It's not really that strange of an idea, either. The Japanese fans tend to really like the western TF stuff.
