Maximum Dinobots isnt a reboot
its much like a sequel to the Shockwave and Grimlock spotlights [with Scorpnok, headmasters, hot rod, and sunstreaker thrown in the mix]
pretty much its about all the earth-based storylines simon established [since all the more wide spread ones got taken care of in Revelations]

My local store has had trouble getting Animated in.
Which has annoyed me. Hopefully the TPD (whenever it comes out) will be easier to find.

I generally don't double-dip on comics, but I'm excited about this one. I read issues 1, 2, and 5 but could never find 3 and 4 at any of my local shops, so even though I know how this one ends, the TPB with all its extras is a worthy buy. I'm really glad Chris Mowry and Co. got to craft it into an "ultimate" package of sorts.

Picked up the Reign of Starscream TBP today. Very nice. Last page is a description of the different comic sequels they floated around. Had DreamWorks/Paramount/Hasbro decided not to use Soundwave in Revenge of the Fallen, that comic idea would have been very, very nice. The other ideas weren't bad either.

Wow, I am thoroughly impressed by the RoS TPB. I love all the cover art and sketches, the character bios are nice (since there were quite a few obsucure ones), and the 'easter eggs' were awesome...I knew the meaning behind some of the subtleties, but not all!

It's the exact same comic, only it's been modified artwise so that the included 3D glasses work on the comic.

RoS TPB is awesome. Loved the intro by Ryall and all the 'art' goodies(covers and sketches). This is how a TPB should always be. Well done to the whole team!!!
