Trailcutter? Really? Which hasn't stopped names like Hot Rod and Bombshell in comics before, because they're not aimed at kids who have trouble connecting faces to a alternate name.

I do wish they went with Trailblazer. Much cooler name than Trailcutter.
Wow, people sure are angry about some second-string nobody getting a name change. I love how the character is only just now recieving attention in comics, or anywhere really, now that he has a new name.

I wouldnt be surprised if they explain the name change in the comic-like maybe something happened, so he asked everyone to call him Trailcutter. Also, the primary reason I can think of for changing his name is to give us a toy. If them changing his comics name to Trailcutter is what it takes to get us a Classics Trailbreaker, I'm all for it!

Hasbro, we know who "Trailcutter" is supposed to be. We aren't stupid, and would like you to respect our preference to his original name. PLEASE stop forcing name changes in our comics as some ass-backwards way of marketing them. |
They can use the original names inside the comic, but not on the cover. It's the same reason why Captain Marvel can be called that inside a comic, but is always referred to as Shazam on the cover. It's a legal reality. They're not forcing anything.

And I totally tryst Roberts to solve the discrepancy with wit and brevity.

The hook on the cover of Spotlight: Trail-whatever reminds me of Lockdown... Does G1 Lockdown (of Drift miniseries) have a hook as a hand?
But given it's Roberts, odds are that we'll get to see some cool 'cons.
