Yeah, the main changes were just to correct spelling, but there were actual dialogue changes in places too.
Main example was when US#25 was reprinted, as the Preadcons had already shown up 10 issues previously in the UK. There's a list of changes on the wiki.

^ I'd really dig seeing where all the changes were made. They changed dialogue in places? Were Americanisms changed into… Britishisms? Is that a thing?
mcluskyism
Plus there were some edits made to the US reprints in the UK books to make the stories fit with the UK ones. Nothing really major, just the odd bit of dialogue changed and Skids being erased from the background when he was supposed to be in limbo.

I spoke with James at AA regarding the UK Classics, volume 2 is going to cover up to #77 [In The National Interest], and it'll also have the "Special Teams Have Arrived" freebie. At a guess I'd say it'll also include stories from the 2nd annual.
Ikkstakk
I wish they would print a "master collection" that includes all UK material AND all US material. That way, the lazy among us *waves* won't have to pick up one book, read a story, put that book down, pick up another book, read a story, put that book down, pick up the first book again…
Chris McFeely
I'd say the contents are probably inaccurate in that listing, since the amount of UK-original material between 45 and 59 is substantially less than that in #1-44.
Nerdicon
The Megatron on that cover looks decidedly more badass than some of the recent megs's's's
wheeljack01
Volume 1 will only include the issues from 1-44 that are british only material. I think the british only material started around issue 15 or so, then US stories\british stories would alternate for a while.
deathsheadII
used to own all the comics bar the last few so this is awesome saves me from having to get them again didn't know about vol 1 going to have to own that as well
nelodiavolo
thanks for the heads up. Preordered!
Ikkstakk
I think you just gave away your location.
I preordered Volume 1 and I'll be preordering this, but is the Amazon listing right about what issues it contains? It says #45-59, but that means Volume 1 would contain #1-44.
wheeljack01
I am so pumped that we are finally getting a complete UK collection and not just the major story lines. If you have never read the UK stuff there is no better time than now, it is excellent.
Lazerwave
Epic, And I'm not even from the UK.

Awesome!I Hope It Comes To Kentucky
Quixote_Prime
yes, please.

Not sure if this is news, but I found this while fishing for comics:
