The MP-04 waas re-released, it's price lowered, and I bought it. Hopefully the same will happen with this.

As little work as it would be for Hasbro to do, I can't imagine we won't see Red Alert pop up as a case filler halfway through the Generations line. I mean, hey, it worked for Thrust.

Lucky me. I managed to find both Henkei Prime and Henkei Hot Rod at a store for regular prices, and then a month later they both turned pretty rare because of the DIA/TFcon commander and Protector news!

Good news for people who missed out on him and want him!

Can't say I give a fig about Henkei Prime, but if this lends credence to the idea of Predaking getting reissued, then it is a goooooood thing.

Yeah. I have to agree as well, I'm sure he will also end up in Generations. But for those who specifically get Henkei, and missed out on getting him, this might be a glimmer of hope.

Based on the price that Kapow Toys, the price will remain the same the last time it was generally available(about $5USD). I don't know where people are going about it will be cheaped than the last release. And I'm not counting eBay prices.

Sonokong Transformers don't have poorer plastic QC.

Anyway these reissues are Takara Tomy releases

I doubt there is a Sonokong Henkei Convoy release since they lost their TF license in 2007.

if you buy it from Kapow toys, its going to cost 43 bucks plus shipping to the USA. Retailers will probably sell it for around 50 bucks here in the US..

Now for Predaking... if it goes for the original reissue price of under 150, I might have to jump on it. Anything else and i'm passing. Not a big fan of the Predaking mold but at that price point, I could learn to love it as Ric Flair would say. WWWWWWOOOOOOOOOO

Hmm....he'll only be £35 delivered, not too bad a price by todays eBay prices and I do want the Henkei Prime.......not sure what to do.

It says May but in the past, the date Kapow give tends to be nowhere near actual release date. Hopefully he won't sell out and I'll actually be able to buy him. I'm not a fan of preordering then waiting 3 months for a product.

i've been looking for a decent priced Optimus for 8 months, they all seemed to be selling at 40-50 quid before P&P which would end up costing me sometimes up to £70

Depends how Animated does - TakTom may decide to continue with more waves if the toys are popular, leaving less space to fit Generations-based Henkei in before TF3. If this happens, don't rule out GenHenkei appearing after TF3 - it's worth remembering that the original Henkei line was released long after Classics. Either way I think they will, just not sure when.

i just ordered one from kapow, and this sucks they already took my money. anytime i order from bbts they never collect my money til the product shows up in stock, wtf and now i'm hearing that kapow is known for taking your preorder money and it being months before you get the shit. i shoulda never bought from them, if theres one thing i hate and i did'nt know about this when i ordered it, is that if you dont have it in stock dont charge my effing card. too late i guess i can hope that it comes to me soon.
