| FansProject News Update: Powered Commander and G3 trailer |

If you want to reserve one of the TFcon exclusive Powered Commanders you have until the end of this week to register for the Toronto convention.

FP really have got the midas touch! I really like the style of the G3 trailer, and the quality of their product (going by the CC & SC I already have) is extremely high. I'm going to have to get it 
PC also looks really good, stoked for the guys who are going to TFcon. Hope they release a set of those launchers which will work with CC, that's be the icing. I wonder if they'll get back to the Rodimus armour after this stuff hits?

Does anyone know if the BTS trailers will have any provision to tow the City Commander/Powered Convoy/Shadow Commander trailers?

I wouldn't expect them to either considering their being made by a different company... though that might not be a big fact either way.
I'll still be getting these two trailers too as I honestly think they make better field command stations then the G3 trailer does.

Notice on the trailer tops, those big flaps are designed to flip out for some reason(I can't figure out wtf for though yet)... also, why is there a massively long pin that goes the full length of the sides of the trailer about an inch or so above where we see it opens up? I'm really curious what all this extra stuff allows the trailer to do.
But yeah, I don't want a trailer that only has the drone and launcher, way too much "dead" space, so I'm hoping these extra things they're trying not to show us does something sweet.

I can't for the life of me figure out what in the world they'd do considering that they are on the very top of the trailer. I suppose they could flip open to create some kind of additional bunker space when in base mode? But there is no denying that there are hinges there... I'm guessing they'll show us what they're for in do time though.

just in im in san diego cali tfcon has emailed me that powere commander is on preorder at kooltoys.com 250.00 before shipping and taxes mine was 264.00 get them while they're hot

My preferred assignment of trailers to cabs would have been:
Prime + FP g3
Magnus + city commander
Nemesis + BTS + shadow commander
Bleh. I'll wait the BTS one to come out so someone can try it (looking at Peaugh . . .)

I have the BTS trailer on pre-order after seeing G3 I think Im going to pass on BTS and get the G3 instead!
I would like to see someone do a show accurate trailer for Animated Prime.

I heard that one can purchase the powered convoy set from this canadian toy site kool toys.com is this true? It would be cool to get a hold of this w/out having to make the trip to toronto

Or they could of made a super secret deal with FansProject, to make extras for them. Who knows.

It was either that, or not at all. First, an exclusive needs to be good for people to want to spend the higher amount they have to sell for seeing as they're by nature produced at a low volume. Second, they don't expect it to be popular enough for a full run, ESPECIALLY since to do PC properly, you need a BLUE Classics Prime, which only can happen via a custom paint job.

I'm definitly more interested in the trailer now that it include some nice weapons! Will depend on the asking price though, but it's tempting. Aso the design of the trailer is ace from what I see, redesigned G1, just like what Classic/Universe is  ORIO: Quote:

For me, this armor only works for Ultra Magnus (city commander). Most would look at it as diaclone magnus, but I look at it as armor for prime. Maybe if it had the face plate that shadow commander has... I dunno. Those rocket launchers are so sexy though...
