The photo section contains the official bios for most season 2 characters straight from the toys themselves.
So i have no doubt this is the official bio.
No galactic powers were given.
As a bonus, the gallery gives us a full look at waspinator's and shockwave's full robot form from the show.

to me he looks a different build. Smaller head, broader shoulders. The toy looks like his dorky younger brother.

This waspinator is way more organic looking than the toy. The too is more angular and thin, that bio pic makes Waspinator look like a genetic monster.

I think that's just the highly stylized-stylized look that official art always has. You know they're always more reasonably porportioned and more conservative on the show, just look at Optimus, Megatron or Bulkhead. regardless, his bio is great, teh quote is awesome and he looks badass in all three forms we've seen. (toy card art and character art)

This really needs to be an episode unto itself, that'd be AWESOME.

You know, I'm a huge supporter of TFA and overall I LOVE the designs. But Shockwave just doesn't do it for me. Every time I look at him I see antlers.

Nice bio and pic for Waspinator! Looks very cool. I'm also liking the pic of Shockwave, although I do have to agree that his "ears" look like antlers.

Looking at that Waspinator pic suddenly makes me want to add his toy, formerly not on my shopping list, to said list.

I was saddened that Waspinator's bio was a spoiler, but I expected as much. I expected BA or Prometheus Black to be involved. Would have rather it be Meltdown...so the character is responsible for something neat.

Good because, they ARE antlers, homage to Armada Megatron y'know.

Well, i think he has yelled that a few times before getting shredded.

Shockwave the giant robot, had a very shiny eye.
And if you ever saw it, he would make you quickly die.

Well I'm pretty sure that the target-audience who didn't know who BW Waspinator is DIDN'T see that coming.

Doesn't surprise me that Blackarachnia was involved with Waspy's beast form. And he better not be blowing up anytime soon, because he looks too bad-ass to be destroyed.

So BA will end up having a hand in Wasp's transformation into Waspinator, not an unforseen development. BA will probably sweet talk him into becoming her experimental guinea pig. I wonder if Waspinator will be attracted to BA like in Beast Machines?

Why does his cartoon drawing form bear the gold insignia, when in the show they all bear the original colors?

Plus: I thought that he wouldn't have a very small lipsync, but I'm surprisingly liking that huge jawline.
