Was Grimlock's voice actor a "guest" actor? I'm not sure if he voiced Grimlock for enough episodes to not be considered a guest. Either way I hope we see a lot more of Grimlock and his crew. I would love to see him become a more regular character in the show. No matter what it sounds like good news to me.

Hmmmm, while I prefer Lockdown - one of the Elite Guardsman probably makes more sense to work in story wise.

Not sure if he was a guest voice actor but I have to cast my vote against this idea, sorry Raven but we've seen enough of these guys for my taste anyway. Plus they could still be used as guest actors

Swindle, Arcee and Magnus probably have better odds or someone who voiced a particular character but is coming back to voice a new regular character like Rodimus

They certainly would not have any trouble getting ahold of Sue Blu to do the role, that's for sure!

Soundwave was done by Jeff Bennett, a member of the regular cast (Prowl, Magnus, Fanzone, Angry Archer, Mixmaster)

It would have to be somebody who was a Guest Star - a few, limited appearances, and *not* someone who was voiced by a regular - he wouldn't be talking about, say, Grimlock (David Kaye) or Soundwave or Ultra Magnus (Jeff Bennette).

That leaves a couple options. Black Arachnia, Meltdown and Sentinel Prime are *almost* regulars already. I'm not sure he'd mention them.

Jazz is a posibility, but he had such a small part that I'm hesitant to count him.

That really leaves Swindle, Blurr, Wreck-Gar, Lockdown (who I almost included as a regular) and Arcee. Of all of these, I think Arcee would be the one with the most story potential to become a regular - as Swindle, Lockdown, Blurr and Wreck-Gar would have little to no place among the established cast (Lockdown and Swindle are disliked (at best) by the Cons, Wreck-Gar would not fit in, and Blurr's out in space somewhere).

So throw my money behind Arcee. We could use more Femmebots, anyway.

Anyone who does not voice a "main cast" character is a guest actor.
Be careful, as the regular actors play a lot of characters besides the main cast.

and we know one of the new ones is George Takei.

As I implied in another thread, I do wonder if simply guessing characters might not be on the right track; after all he said guest actor, not guest character. Sure, he might mean that Lockdown or Blurr might be making more apearances, but I think it's a lot more likely that he simply means that one of the guest voice actors, like Phil LaMarr or Kevin Michael Richardson, might have more characters to voice this time, and will therefore be around more. After all, there's a lot of new characters coming, and it would seem a waste to have talent like LaMarr or Townsend Coleman in your cast and only have them do one voice...

Well... I believe there's a reason behind the Arcee picture in the front page. I hope it's her since she's one of my favorite characters.

It could also be another character we haven't seen yet. Arcee seems likely though since she'll be in the movie. Expect movie bots to show up more in the series

After looking at the cast list Cree Summer (Black Arachnia) and Sue Blu (Arcee) could possibly come back and do Red Alert along with their original character and whoever that new decepticon female is

Be a damn hard choice between Lockdown, Wreck-Gar, and Swindle.

I know it sounds weird, but even though she's only voiced one character who doesn't appear that often. Cree Summer is technically part of the regular cast.

So from the sounds of it, It's Arcee who's gonna become a regular. Makes sense too since it will help sell her toy.

Christopher Latta, who voiced Wheeljack in the G1 series was already dead. But because Wheeljack is coming back for Animated, some other voice actor has to replace Christopher. Who will it be? Will it be Corey Burton, Tom Kenny, or someone else?

My money's on Jeff Bennett doing one of his New Yorker voices.

Kenny is the spiritual succeesor to Latta. Nuff said!

Heres a possibility, Ironhide.....He is now part of the Rodimus Prime's New crew, just spitballing, but overall, Jazz for the Win "Traffic light!, Solid."

Ironhide is voiced by Corey Burton.

Im 95% sure its Sentinal because If we rember that audio interview with Marty he said something about the rivaly bettwen SP and OP being focused on in season 3.

OMG AWESUM! I'd been wondering when he'd be coming back, because I needed more material to complete my 600-page-long fanfiction trilogy about him.

Man i'm hoping to see lots more Wreck-Gar. After all, he knows the Universal Greeting by heart, or in his case, Enegon Pump. Also I think the guy who does Captain Fanzone should voice Wheeljack as they both sound similar.
