This looks great! I love the diversity of shapes in this show. The level of caricature is something the Transformers universe was greatly in need of.

It's just fun, plain and simple. Win! Hope the colors are close to G1.
SPLIT LIP:
Very cool.

I thought the same, but if you look the legs don't look anything like the "legs" on the back of the vehicle mode. I know, it threw me off, too. The arms do look a little simple in terms of conversion, but I doubt the toy will be as simple, judging from past experience with the line.

Hopefully he doesn't turn into another Armada Hot Shot.
I don't see how this could. He doesn't seem anything like how bad Hotshot was.
Thundercrackah:
I loved Brawn in G1, and Animated Brawn looks pretty awesome. Hopefully he'll still be the badass midget.
ZacWilliam:
I LOVE Brawn. He was my first TF. Vehicle mode is a little Gears, but that robot form is all Brawn. Love it.
Hiro Prime:
Cool. He looks very short and strong which are two of his main attributes. The point that he looks similar to Gears means that they're thinking ahead for future backgrond characters and repaints. I hope we do see them as toys, maybe after the movie. (tho we are suppose to see Animated continue thru the movie as only Universe is suppose to be put on hold.
Soundwave84:
yeah i am a big fan of the old Brawn and i think this looks great and really shows how much of a stuck in the mudd he was haha great mold

NAh I can see where the legs fliping off the back thin comes from...the bits above the cab could look like toes but if you look you can see they're actually the bit behind the head....the arms could be traditional fold and under like the G1 cars (jazz, Prowl, blustreak) had the tracks look to form the feet...and the front cab and bonnet secton looks to be the problem part but I can see that going into the empty compartment in the back.

I think I can see a workable transformation already..and if the earthmode (if that isn't earthmode) has wheels at the back he may end up with legs like Bulk head.
Infact I'd hazzard a guess that the size of Brawn will be about the same as the voyager Bulkhead is in proportion to the rest of the toys as a character.
dark69:
i realy like him

True dat' man, true dat.

That thing makes my eyes hurt.
shroobmaster:
You guys are funny, we don't even know if he's getting a toy but everybody is speculating.
not_prime:
Im getting a huge Huffer vibe from him. His transformation (from what I sorta speculated to be from looking at him) looks to be a lot like Huffer's, just with Brawn's head. I was never a fan of either characters, tho. I love the animated series, so Im hoping he doesnt dissapoint!

Not as much - look closer, the top of the car is actually his head! I think the front of the car folds down to make his chest, the head slides out from the rear top part of the car. And the legs are actually the bottom of the car, the feet being the rear half-tracks.
Ravenxl7:
That looks pretty cool, and I honestly hope he gets a toy at some point. Just leaves the question of what the other vehicle we saw was. Could have been an Earth-mode Ironhide, and that wouldn't surprise me, though it wouldn't surprise me if it turns out to be someone else.

S250 said it was Red Alert.

Ah, ok, I did not know that. Hmmm...that is interesting. I was expecting something smaller for her. Still hope she gets a toy of some sort. Would be nice to have an Autobot fembot to counterbalance Blackarachnia. Though I might get Arcee depending on how good her toy looks.

I dig the halftrack mode. I hope he´s a brawler type of transformers that likes getting into fistfights.
n_tel_ekt:
Aha! Thats that head from that sketched head designs that was posted a few weeks back when people were talkin "Bigger Chins!"

Hope he gets a universe deluxe too!

Hhhmmm, it certainly looks similar, but I bet the face is more old-guy-ish instead of that... weird... frog face in the sketch.
Torque:
wow, his transformation is alot more complex than i first thought-his grill matches his chest, yet he has the bumps from the front onhis back, so its weird
G1Wheeljack:
Looks awesome, hope we get him as a deluxe and that his toy looks just as good.
Switchblade:
Looks nice, but honestly it resembles Gears far more than Brawn to me.
Bumblethumper:
I reckon there's enough in common that it could be either. Maybe there'll be a repaint.
SilverDragon:
It reminds me of those G1 picture books where all the Transformers were drawings of their toys, down to Megatron have a trigger in his crotch.
big hank:
Looks good! Okay now, I can make my shopping list:

1. Snarl for the head
2. Soundwave for the body
3. Sentinel Prime for the body
4. toy bulldozer for the treads

hmmm.....that ought to get me started!
Lockdown:
God I hope he gets a deluxe toy I like his design more than any of the season 3 characters we have seen so far he is awesome.
Bahamut Prime:
Very cool! A good ol' tribute to G1!
Nexus Prime:
At least he has shoulder pads so Megatron wont be able to kill him so easily this time.
blackout501st:
he still looks like hes pissed off at evryone XD rock on brawn!!!
Sledgehammer:
BRAWN LIVES!

Looks like they took a dollop of G1 Brawn, Huffer and Gears, put 'em in the TFA blender and came out with this slice of fried gold. Hope he's still a lairy short-arse!

What is up with the short, talky figures with domed heads?!?! I can not bear to look at it... Poor Brawn.
Digilaut:
Don't really like his robot design...but I shouldn't really bitch about it. Out of every Animated character I don't like, there are twenty that I do like!
Fez Findie:
Well, at least he seems like hard to crack

As far as I can remember, he was always dome-headed and shorty.
Autovolt 127:
i can tell the toy will be like snarl and soundwave short but interesting.
swarlock:
He looks cute.
shocky the spy:
aww,cute, I like him.
Peanut04:
The proportions just seem off. His legs should be longer. It just looks off to me, like he just came out of a compactor.

Just couldn't resist.
Ghostofmegatron:
THATS BRAWN! He looks like a shorty!
Hound & Mirage:
*Waits ever so patiently for inevitable Gears repaint of inevitable Brawn toy.*

*Searches online for animated-style-like Spider-man action figure to hang out with Gears.*
Shark Jumper:
H&M had similar idea as me, he does look kinda like Gears.
Silent_Magnus:
Isn't he a bit too bulky and stocky for Gears?

Assuming that an animated version of him would have a simmilar personality to his G1 self.
Of coarse.
shroobmaster:
Maybe they could just pull a Sunstreaker/Sideswipe, head-change SWASH! INSTANT GEARS!

I hope Brawn gets some kind of Activator, in fact, if his only mold was Activator I'd be just as happy.
Emperor Zarak:
looks pretty good
Railguard:
Looks cool and I can't wait to see the real deal.
Laughing Man:
Well, that's just prime. I was just fixing to post my plans for an animated Brawn toy based on Swindle in the Radicons that I thought up all by little self.

I had just completed the digibash, too. I was debating on using Ratchet or Snarl for the head - guess, I'll go with Snarl now.

I hadn't heard that before. Awesome idea, hope it comes to fruition. (What about adding a Omega=Cosmos to that )

I like the design, would have liked him to be a little less fat, more bulky, however I don't think there is anything in the design you can complain about.

It's not as good as the Beachcomber design though, that was gold. Hope both make it into Animated and figures of each please.

That'd be cool. I'd totally buy that, especially with a new head. They could always do him as a comic exclusive character.
