My personal favorite- 5 Servos of Doom
but since nothing with Prowl is there, the Final Battle would be my pick.
GeroTF:
Team Rodimus v Team Charr for me, defo. I love dthe new versions of lots of the old favourites, and even Oilslick! One line, sheer cool haha
jazz4ever:
team rodimus just because it was such a cool scene
spiritprime:
Definitely Team Rodimus vs Team Charr! Best moment of my entire life and very memorial. It was the one episode that got me hooked up with TFA.
rafael john:
I vote for #5 because optimus prime is using the magnus hammer and has a jetpack to fly and fight megatron.
Pravus Prime:
Number one on my list still gets my vote, Megatron Rising. It was at that point it went from a series I watched to a series I loved.
NeilD83:
Definitely loved Rodimus Prime's crew. Seeing Ironhide and Brawn was absoutley awesome. Seeing an Hotshot also was pretty cool too; and not to mention Rodimus Prime's character was pretty much kicking ass!!! (until he got cosmic rust on him
SilverDragon:
Admittedly, my favourite moment was the Dinobots showing up for the first time, but I think the final battle between OP and Megatron is my favourite out of those listed.
Neo-Bombshell:
I simply don'ty understand what was good about this series. Eventough, I watched it completely, so this a very personal opinion. I enver liked neither the story nor the designs.

NAyway, Omega Supreme's Story was the only interesting ark.
galvatron23:
I love prowl because he is a samurai/ninja
AniProwl:
I chose Omega Supreme since it had the best written character (Ratchet) involved with this story in both past and present.

His best moment was him whooping all the Decepticons in "Bridge Too Close" Part 2

The other moments were okay. However, the Megatron's Speech/ Starscream Death Montage should've been on the honorabele mentions if not on the list
omegagoalie:
All excellent choices from a series that was nothing but win from day one. I had to go with Omega. When he transformed for the first time and hit the ground with the bell ringing, tears ran down my face. Like I'd just seen a close friend for the first time in 20 years. It still makes a spark when I see it. Awesome.
OperaSingerPrime:
I loved all those moments in Animated. It was such a great show with rich character development and fantastic story lines. I loved the Omega stories, especially with the flashbacks with Ratchet. I actually love that everything wasn't spelt out, such as what ever happened to Highbrow, it allows the imagination to run with it and let you draw your own conclusions.
Here's hoping the next iteration of Transformers is as enjoyable.
dark69:
#3 Team Rodimus v. Team Charr
i love both of them
dare:
My favourite moment was the entire friggin Garbage In Garbage Out episode.

Ah! The Universal Greeting!

Truly an inspired episode.
Feralstorm:
My single favorite moment of the series, using a strict definition of "moment":

Kickback:
I'm going with Team Rodimus v. Team Charr. It really set the tone for the rest of the season, and it's a shame that we won't get to see any of those characters fleshed out.

Yeah... it is a darn shame. Someone could at least have some fun and write fanfics on them. Or Hasbro could make their own mini comic series. Now that would be an excellent thought!
Deathx360:
The final battle between Optimus Prime and Megatron. This was the best fight between them. Prime faired a whole lot better than any of the previous fights where Megatron for the most part owned the fight. On top of that Megatron finally after all this time said Prime's name. That alone is a moment in of itself. I still get goosebumps hearing him say it both times.
Liselotte:
opening of s3
Walley1701:
Blurr was really cool but I hated they killed him off like that he was so awesome. But I love how they the fastest talking back for him I am terribly sorry I forgot. I going to miss this series so bad wish it could go for 4 more seasons so the could have introduced Devastator a lot of other famous G1 character.
Deathx360:
Four more season? I think the show could have gone for a total of ten or more. OK maybe that is a little drawn out but the writers did one hell of a job with it and the love they have for the franchise really showed. It is obvious that they had a lot more they could have told with just the Earth team. Throw in Team Rodimus and a new Team Sentinel and the sky's the limit. Hell the Unicron Trilogy was the length of 12 Animated Seasons and I think we all agree that the Animated writers are at least 12x better story tellers.
Emperor Zarak:
As much as I loved Team Char's appearance Megatron just OWNED in the season 1 finale
G1Jetfire:
Team Rodimus vs Team Charr. The introduction of all those familiar characters from previous series fought in an exciting yet quick battle. Plus Oil Slick and the return of cosmic rust. Thankfully Rodimus survived. Blurr was a close second and Omega was 3rd but all 5 choices are great story lines.
omnitrix:
i still want more, other TF series was about 50 or so episode
iheartarcee:
Omega.. Seriously.. that was a huge huge finale when he showed up.. probably one of the best season closers I've seen in a cartoon.

This, I agree.
Omega_Soundwave:
Really, really, really, really, REALLY friggin tough.

I went with Blurr.

"Agent Blurr to Cybertron Command. Come in Cybertron Command! Code red! Megatron is online, Decepticon invasion imminent is anybody there can anybody hear me IS THIS BLASTED COMLINK EVEN WORKING!?
DJW107PRIME:
1.Optimus vs Starscream 2.Sentinel falling off the brigde 3. Optimus laughing at sentinel loseing his head.
shockwave2010:
I really don't think season three was supposed to be the end of the series. Because the finally episode raised more question than it answered. But with hasbro starting a new network I think they needed a big name property to get people watching and what is bigger than transformers right now.
Rodimus:
Overall probably Omega Supreme's story because it won me over to the series, but Judd Nelson reprising Rodimus was a fan's dream come true. I also loved hearing Cory Burton as Shockwave and Sue Blue as Arcee. I think Corey did an amazing job with all his new roles too and just really enjoyed his work. So did all the others for that matter.

If they could do a show series like this with much better more beautiful animation, I would be ecstatic! I'd probably return to being practically adicted to Transformers again.

I hope they go the Chaotic route and find a better animation studio to improve the brand. But all in all, the voice cast, dubbing team, and the writing were so good they actually won me over. I confess!
Recall:
I squee'd like a little girl when I saw Hot Rod, coolest season opener ever!
0ptimus57993:
i truely enjoyed the omega supreme bits the most out of animated, i thought the story for him and he himself were all just really bad ass and well tied into to a lot of episodes
Fairlady_Z:
Hard choice. But the Ratchet/Omega bond was the best story arc of the show for me overall so a voted for that.
Hard Charger:
For me, it was Blurr. That was the point where you knew some bots wouldn't make it out alive. Hell, no one knows what happened to him, they figure he's lost for good and after all he did to save Cybertron, it was a pretty cold reality.
rodimal:
I had a hard choice of chosing on what my favorite moment was and I had to go with Omega. I wanted to pick final battle too since it was great. I did miss Endgame part 1 but I still loved it. One thing I liked about Animated is they incorporated both g1 and beast wars into it. Would of been nice to have seen some more seasons. I never got around to buying the figurs cause I wasn't sure about collecting them.
I always tought this was a series that Hasbro wanted to fill in between til the sequel came out but I highly doubt that now, after everything that has happened on Animated.

Would love to see Team Rodimus come back as well. Kind of disappointed they were only seen in one episode.
Crumplezone:
My favorite was Shockwave's part in the series, But in the poll I went with "Team Rodimus versus Team Charr"
Dom:
I loved the bit when Blurr took off from the seekers and then ran back to Cybertron. The music and everything was perfect.
AMG:
The return of Megatron. He had this invincible aura about him when he finally got his new body and took control of his troops. It's great to see a Megatron shine like that.
AutobotJazz4:
Well... I think that I'm speaking for allot of fans here when I say thatI'm very very sad and very dissapointed in the choise that Hasbro has made by discontinueing the Animated series.

I have to admitt though that at first I had to get used to the new style of the series, the shapes en the forms of these new Cybertronians... but very soon that all changed.

The stories where solid, the action was very cool and sometimes they blew my mind, cause they looked so good. The humor was brilliant, lots of fun moments. the suspence was great.

But sadly though the "high council" at Hasbro cancelled everything... and that can clearly be seen in that last episode. The story behind Sari Sumdac isn't finished according to me... it's more like being rushed into an uncompleted end. The story behind Arcee is also incomplete to my liking.

I personally would've love to have seen more indepth stories of all the characters that suddenly appear in seasons 3. You see Rodimus Prime/HotRod, Brawn, Ironhide... and two bot's (one busts a legg) and a Medicall bot that I haven't heard of before.... what's their story? What about Black Arachnia? Swindle, Wreckgar? What about all those characters?

What I also liked was the "Five Servo's of Doom" Episode... but sadly that also was cut short. I feel that there's much much more..... yeah I know, then meets the eye... no seriously. There's so much more story lines untold in these series, that they have to withdraw the cancel of the Animated series.

It even made me think that the board of Hasbro, might consist of a bunch of Decepticons... you know, like Longarm Prime... being Shockwave....?!

Well... I could post here a request to please continue the Animated series... but I'm just a fan, non of the Hasbro board would ever listen to us fans right?
Geminii:
Two scenes.

Firstly, when Megatron got his body back. He'd been a head in a lab for decades, playing a long game, but with a _galactic_ level of frustration building up. When he gets the key plugged in, EVERYTHING cuts loose, shredding most of the lab as he's reborn. Two seconds later, the Autobots see him simply smash out of the lab headfirst and slam to a halt in the sky with an expression which says "And now, EVERYTHING is going to DIE."

Secondly, and this is an odd one, Sari in _Transwarped_. Pissed at being left behind once again, she says "Come on, Sari. Focus!" to herself, while looking at her key... and in that exact moment, I found myself thinking "Doooo eeeet... make the connection... come ON, don't be as blind to the freakin' obvious as every other Transformer human kid character ever!"

- and then she FIGURED IT OUT. And it WORKED.

Okay, I could have done without the Magical Girl transformation sequence and subsequent abuse of Hammerspace, and the upgrade wasn't without a bunch of side effects, but at least I wasn't going to have to listen to twenty future years of forum posts whining "But why didn't she think of upgrading herself with the key, given that she'd plugged it into practically everything else in the city? Duh, obvious!"
MetaKathro:
Even though I really like the Omega Supreme arc I really loved how well they developed Ratchet and him
But... i decided to go with blurr cause the scene of him hauling it halfway across the universe was amazing. Plus Wreck-gar and the Dinobots were just cool too.

still wished that Hasbro would get it through their thick heads that Animated was a good thing and not kill it like this
Safeguard:
I wanted to vote for the end credits of the last episode, but it wasn't listed. Oh well.
Tman978:
My favorite moment had to be Lockdown's first episode. That had too many cool moments. Prime's overall skill, Rachet's story, Prowl doing a wheelie on LD's face, Bulkhead just waltzing through the wall, Arcee having Sue Blu as a voice....
Rodimus:

That reminds me! I absolutely loved seeing Tracks on Cyberton and hearing him speak! He sounded EXACTLY like the original Tracks!

I'm just glad they got rid of Proffessor Princess or what ever that powerpuff girl rip off was for season 3. That was an abomination to Transformers.
stufa1978:
Oh at last.
Yes as a kid I loved the TransFormers. Fate kinda kept me away from them most of my years until the recent movie and my nephew now a devoted TF fan.
I really enjoyed the original 80s movie but even G1 looked a bit disappointing in it's last episodes, sorry.
All the other resurctions also disappointed me. Until the afore mentioned new movie and indeed this TF animated.
That was cool a brave step but for me it pays off.
All the G1 inuendos, and the movie parodies. Like Wasp acting like Gollum and the LOL fly telepod spin off.
And i loved how 'they' tied in some more adult humour, You know of what I speak.

Sorry I've rambled a bit. Any way I really enjoyed Omega Supreme's plot with Ratchet/Arcee.
But poor Blur he met a bad end.
Rodimus:
Speaking of Blurr, John Moschitto returning to voice him was a fans wet dream come true as well. Definately a great moment there.
