I mean, I thought what we heard at Botcon was going to be it for Animated, but so far there's been pictures of an Oil Slick repaint, the voyager Bulkhead repaint, and now this.

I kinda dig the Star Convoy homage. I haven't picked up any Animated Activator to begin with. Are they even worth it? Only reason I really see to get em is to get the animated seekers that aren't released in a voyager version. Am I wrong?

I find it hilarious every TFA Bumblebee redeco has always been about him repainting himself. I'm probably not going to get Bumblebee just because I like the original one better, but I am eying the Optimus one... even if it IS weird for him to have a completely silver head. Destro? :O

There's the Wingblade Optimus Prime coming up. Looks like the only version that will have the armour.
This one is kind of cool, I wondered how Animated Optimus Prime might look as Star Convoy, and now I know.
And knowing is half the battle!

Hey, a slight Star Convoy homage, and Bumblebee with...Some silver on him.
Kinda wish they had put just a little more effort into Prime. Maybe make the visor and the stripes on the helmet silver to homage Star Convoy's silver crest, rather then making the whole head silver. Paint the knees yellow and you'd have something here.
I guess it's the thought that counts, right?
