Never heard of this before-- apparently a Tformers member found it at their local Wal-Mart for $20. It's in a Prime-shaped box, contains miniatures of Prime, Bumblebee, Bulkhead, and Prowl, and includes a 100-piece puzzle, Tic-Tac-Toe, Checkers, and an original Animated board game.
mirarage: Confirmed
Found it at wal-mart in hilltown PA this morning.
It's labeled a wal-mart exclusive.
Beastbot X:
Is it in the board game aisle or the toy aisle?
kylash327:
yup saw this today, really weird, its in the games eisle.
EvaUnit13:
It looks like no matter what class of figure it is, Bulkhead will always be extremely out of scale
netkid:
Ooh! Mini-figure-y Goodness!!! I'm a sucker for small detailed mini figures btw.
Shark Jumper:
I wish to see close ups of the TFA game board. The box looks cool. Looks like something you'd take out on a boring rainy day or vacation.

I'm planning on getting this myself, so if I find it and no one else has posted good pics of the thing by then, I'll get some nice pics and descriptions up.
GW_Freak:
I saw that the other day for like 20 bucks on the bottom shelf by SUPREME Prime.
Optimus Peev:
I spotted this tonight in San Antonio.
Color me underwhelmed.
At first I thought it was cool (simply because of the unexpected discovery) and as I was waiting in line to get it I just kept staring at it knowing that I was about to drop $20.00 for four figurines that look like they belong in a gumball machine. Yeah, the games included sure seem neat enough and TFA themed stuff is always cool in my book, but seriously...tic tac toe and checkers are games that I have not played since I was in my pre-teen years.
Nice display piece I guess...but I think I will pass on this one altogether.
Railguard:
No offense, I don't care about board games, I just want to find some TF toys!!!
Sideswipe80:
Is this located in the toy or board game sections of Walmart? I was at Walmart yesterday and didn't see it in the toy section.
Megatronwp38:
I saw that yesterday at wal*mart. Almost got it just to get front paged lol. It was in they toy Isle at my walmart.
starkiller80:
Saw this at Walmart in Rohnert Park, CA last night. It was with the action figures.
Maximo Prime:
dude these are perfect to go with the (still-unconfirmed) Animated Omega Supreme! i might have to pick these up.
Joe Moore:
I am going to buy this. Not the biggest fan of animated, but I can't pass up a cool looking board game.
Gingerchris:
Nice box, but I'd probably only buy it for the figures, and there'll doubtless be Animated Robot Heroes coming soon anyway.
The Armada board game was better for figures.

Checkers and Tic-Tac-Toe aren't what I'm getting it for, it's the figurines and the original board game. Given that it looks like it comes several different kinds of cards and a spinner that does more than just move your figure X number of spaces, that looks like it might be fun.

Yup, I still have it somewheres. Played it twice though and never played it again. Way too simplistic, and the boards were pitifully small. Imagine playing chess with one row of empty spaces between both sides, and you get the idea of how small the boards were.
Gears:
Saw this today at the Torrance, CA walmart.
MR.UPGRADER:
Hey! I saw that at wal-mart yesterday! Its pretty cool!
Emperor Zarak:

I know what my nephew is getting for Christmas or his birthday now!

TF Board games are good... the past Armada one was fantastic, although it's dissapointing that this Animated one only has 4 figures.
Beastbot X:
Okay, got it... honestly, if you're getting it for the original Animated board game... don't. It's probably the lamest TF board game yet. Basically your goal is to get through the board and beat Megatron first. You spin the spinner and move a set number of spaces every turn. You get a card at the end of every turn, which can give you stuff like stronger attacks or maybe an extra turn. 5 or 6 times along the way to Megatron, there's a battle with a certain character. You first pick a card (UTTERLY pointless, as it makes no difference gameplay wise and with the exception of the Dinobots and Meltdown [who has one Colossus Rhodes card mixed in instead], it's always the same character you fight in a battle). Then you and an opponent spins. Whoever has the highest number wins the battle, though you can spend cards to make your attacks stronger (and honestly, unless you roll a really low number and your opponent a really high number, you'll win, given that you can play cards but the person playing the enemy in the battle can't-- there's even "Allspark" cards scattered throughout the deck that make you automatically win the battle). This continues until you get to Megatron, and basically you have to win 6 "normal" battles in a row to defeat him, and whoever kills him first wins. That's it, that's as deep as the game gets.
