Armorhide: This is the guy I want the most out of the TF:A line other than megs, wrek-gar and shockwave. I'm glad to know that it will be a great addition to my coolection. drill: I think he's the only animated figure I'm getting, as I somehow am able to resist the others (If Leader Megs was a voyager I'd get him).

maybe jazz Feralstorm: Pretty cool. Soundwave's got what looks like graphic equalizer bars molded into the backside of his chest door. Blurrz: That's pretty dece. Can't wait too pick it up! Deceptigtar: hey firstpredacon, anyway to get some comparison shots with other animated figures??? firstpredacon: We'll try to post comparison shots..and we're coming up with one more review  Renidragon: Wow. He has a crazy amount of G1 nods, without being G1.
Well, Animated is kinda full of that. General Tekno: So, FirstPredacon, a question.
Can you do a pic where you put Soundwave in a Kamina-style "pierce the heavens" pose from Gurren Lagann? Nutcrusher: Sigh. Solid blue. If every thing I have came in solid blue... Paradigm-Shift Prime: Not too shabby at all, I'm glad he's a deluxe, I think he works great like that. Smasher: Soundwave is a Scion and Laserbeak is a stupid giant guitar.
Shouldn't I hate this figure?
Why do I think it is so awesome? justamaze: Soundwave is my favorite of all the animated, Prowl is a close second. Don't get me started on collecting Animated next. Must sell some xtra stuff. Damnit I'm trying to keep my TFA collection to a minimum Abrogate: I'm gonna go ahead and be the negative guy and say I dont think he's better than any of the other animated guys. I mean, can his legs pose at all? Certainly doesnt look more fun than Prowl. I do LOVE the guitar gimmick, though. Silent_Magnus: I think it's the color scheme that makes me like him so much.
What's not awesome about blue on blue? Velcrohead: Still not convinced. I love G1 references just as much as the next guy, but this just looks like a toddler's toy. For me Soundwave should look like he's going to jump off the shelf and kick my ass, but this guy is more like "awww, what a cute li'l Soundwave"... know what I mean?
Until Universe hits retail, I guess I'll just be focusing on 25th Anniversary GI Joe. Silent_Magnus: To me this SOundawve looks like he is going to jump off the shelf and play an awesome guitar solo. But that's just me. Soundwave84: yeah this is a must have being that i love soundwave im def going to be collecting the entire series yeah nothing but love transfan_seek: adding soundwave to the mix im going to be spending 200 buks on wave 3 alone

Soundwave is superior. Kimmer: it's still a definate must buy for me but i'm not as psyched about it as i once was. the more i see it the less a like it. that whole guitar on top of his alt mode is just horrible. either the guitar is way too big or soundwave is way too small. Ktulu: Just looks like his legs end up in a weird posture and he's a little squat, but definitely one I look forward to Railguard: He looks a little short, no? |
