| New Pictures of Animated Blitzwing's Tank and Jet Vehicle Modes |

Hey... I noticed that the cannons can be flipped to the side so that they can be aimed forward in jet mode!

Yes! Blitving looks total kick-ass. And all evidence presented in this photoshoot point to it being a Voyager (remember: Bulkhead and Lugnut are Voyager sized in alt mode, but become Deluxe sized in robot mode - the opposite of Lockdown). Most excellent. Looks to be amazingly posable too, so he can really express his feelinks in song!

Tank mode...I hate to say it, but I don't like the look of it very much. I've pretty much already cemented that I'm going to buy this (need a Blitzwing), so I hope this will be much better in person.

The robot mode looks exceptionally nice though.
But really, jet mode looks like a $2 shop jet model stuck to the top of a crunched/folded up tank, and tank mode looks like some kind of turret emplacement stuck on a folded up pile of kibble, with token treads on the side.

Well apparently most people on Ebay agree with me that this is a great toy, as when last I checked the auction was on 340$....  I'll rather wait for a few more months though, no matter how much I like the toy.
Oh and the instructions scan verifies that the 'knob' which triggers the spinning-face mechanism (yes, it spins, you don't have to rotate the faces) is on the back of the helmet.

Love it, Not a kibble whore, so I dont care about the tracks being at the bottom of the jet,(or any other "kibble") becuase it is toon acurate. This is the best OFFICIAL Triple Changer we have had, alot better than Classics astrotrain. MOST obviously better that 2.0 Octance(Tankor). Cant wait to pick it up. Dont care if its a voyager or deluxe. I just hope it comes with blue missiles also.(ice) Looks like the wings would slide forward and bend down for the tank. Anywho its awsome im geting it as soon as I see it.

I dunno, both modes are very G1 to me (especially the jet with tank treads). Not like Optimus Prime and car brothers G1 but like Sixshot.... or Brainstorm (trying to find random examples) style where having a perfectly seamless, realistic vehicle modes didn't matter. Those are the most nostalgic TF's for me.

I think the jet mode is looking better due to the angle of the pics. As for the tank mode, the mistransformation pains me enough to avoid commenting.
Won't get my hopes up just yet, but will buy Blitzwing for sure.

looked a second time. Same seller has 5 more in ebay store for $350 'buy it now'. A different seller on international list has 8 for $299 'buy it now' or best offer. I guess i'm waiting till dec cause this is too much for me. This price might work for leader megs but not blitzwing.

Hah, not surprising to see them all trying their luck after the first one went for such a ridiculous price.
I'm tired of this whole ebay thing in general, sooner or later Blitzy'll be at the same $30-50 BIN's that every other figure has wound up at.
