Prowl's really one of the few Animated figures i don't find to be either an embarrassment or total disgrace to the brand, and he looks practically buyable in his new armored form ~ nice that the samurai helmet mostly covers up the hideous Animated-style face!

Huh... that's the second bio that's been really off for Animated. Which, I guess when you consider the horrible non-cannon bios that the whole of Energon and Cybertron had... that's really not so bad that only Samurai Prowl and Sentinel Prime's bios have been off. Still, couldn't care less what his bio says. I've got the DVD set and I've got the episodes so I know what really happens.  Torque:
maybe thats Prowl's mindset when he uses the upgrades-didnt he go a little mod-crazy? maybe its supposed to reflect that somehow. though i also thought Sentinel's was fairly accurate... Laser_Optimus: Quote:

It's just a bio that may inspire kids to come up with cool ideas to play, so they had to make it sound a bit cooler than what actually happened. Also, people that haven't seen A Fistful Of Energon should get an idea of what to expect of the toy, so of course the facts aren't straight. It's always easy to assume only the 'basic' bios are correct. Repaints and upgraded characters have non-canon bios (like G1 Movie Jazz..Movie Desert Brawl..Animated Blazing Lockdown..etc. etc. etc.) Maximo Prime:
