Naw, he looks pretty cool. A lot more show accurate then I thought he'd be.

Cyber-Ratchet looks good too. Though his accessories are kinda "meh".

Gol(D)-fire Grimlock looks more like Bashe Lemon Grimlock.

imo the only thing it needs is colored lips, makes it much closer

Team Rodimus will have Rodimus himself and the Ironhide repaint of the new Ratchet mold, and Team Charr will get Blackout, and we already had Oil Slick.

I just love these figures! Rodimus, Arcee, and Ratchet are fantastic. It's such a shame that Animated can't keep going.

It's going to be a long wait for these I think. I'd guess fall of '10 at the earliest. When did they say Universe would start again? It'll most likely be when they come out.

Next year is going to be a weird one. Movie stuff through the fall... then Animated, Universe... and some new show when their Channel premiers.... which will have toys for sure. Maybe it will be in Animated's style and these new Animated figures can fit into the new shows line?

Who knows, but I've got a positive feeling about Transformers future. All the cards are in place. Huge fanbase growing from the movies, knowing how to finally make a great show, their own channel so their shows don't get screwed with.

Love it! Hope more comes out from the minor show characters shown. Best way to make a toy!

I sure hope these make it, heck slap them in RotF packaging if necessary, just don't pull a Universe Seacons or Botcon Seekers on these. I do NOT want them to become razzinfrazzin exclusive items only avaialbe in limited quantities that only a select few can afford/get their hands on.

I think my two can count for the teams too then I mean, after all, Uni Cyclonus is why there's no Animated Cyclonus. The styling isn't the same but it's pretty much the same design, you know.

now i kinda wish they had a kup and a springer... would give me total reason to go back and find blurr and magnus and pick up arcee and rodimus (though i might pick up rodimus anyway)

Yeah it's grey/purple. I guess Hasbro's tendency to use dark grey in place of black helped throw you off with the lighting

I wish Habro came out with a good Springer toy. Here's hoping it might pop up in Universe 3.0 if they cancel FP Springer.

After seeing these Animated toys at Hasbro's booth, I think we should make a greatest hits of 'OMG!!!!11!!1 HASBLO'S NOT RELEASING ARCEE, I"M NEVER BUYING A HASBLO PRODUCT AGAINN@!!!!!111!!!' posts. Maybe I'm just a sadist.

Rodimus and Arcee are really neat and I'll definitely be getting both of those. The Golfire Grimlock and Freeway Jazz repaints are too plain, so I'll pass on them, and Hydrodive Bumblebee doesn't interest me at all. Undecided on Cybertron Ratchet, although I'll definitely pick up the Ironhide repaint.

Just a toy thing. He's technically a Prime in fiction.
They also named the wasp toy "Fugitive Waspinator".
