Deefuzz:
A nice detailed gallery care of Lu from Talk.Transformers has been posted.

You can view the shots here at TFW2005 by clicking the following link: Transformers Animated Megatron Voyager Gallery
MegaMoonMan:
I just got one off eBay today - I guess I won't need to take any pics when he shows up, because these are better than what I could do.
Pauly T:
Don't get me wrong, this Megs is cool and everything...

BUT

The Earth-Mode design so smokes this one, IMO, so I'm just going to wait for that Megatron.

I just want Animated to hit the shelves already...
Counterpunch?:
That's a damn good looking toy.

I think this is the first Animated toy that I really like.
SPLIT LIP:
Damn, dude. That cannon is HUGE. When was the last time a Megatron toy had a cannon that huge over here? He looks like he could blow up the moon with that!

Awesome looking figure, I must say.
SarahMobius:
Thanks for the pics. I like the toy, but I'm still thinking I'll hold out for Earth mode....
Lucs:
Looks good but the link to enlarge them doesn't work for me
eyeballkid:
VERY cool looking toy. I really like the dark colors. His head reminds me of Jitsu from the M.O.T.U. staction line. I probably wont buy him though.
NIDARAM12:
Awesome. Also, it looks like the BFG can come off without breaking anything, right?
QuinJester:
Schmexy.
Dropshot:
A must buy, although I was hoping he would come out gray instead of white
Stormcrow:
Love it. Possibly one of my favorite versions of Megatron.
I do wish his mouth wasnt open on the figure, but I can look past that.
Takara_destron:
I must say Im quite looking forward to this figure, it will probably be my first purchase from the line.
Kaijumaster:
Better colors here than it's counterpart.
But I still think the Deluxe is the better mould.
Rodr-Evil:
Meh on this line, I'm saving money for classics!
autobotx23:
Damn, that may be the best Megatron figure since.....well, other than the Masterpiece. I can't wait for it to hit stateside.
Liege Prime:
This, along with his deluxe earthern counterpart, are probably my favorite two Megatron toys. Easy buy. I guess I would say I like his Earthern mode just a bit more though.
Powersa:
Very nice.
Frognal:
Huh, he actually manages to look good despite the Animated design style. He'll probably be my only buy from the line (unless earth mode Megatron pulls off the same miracle).
Superquad7:
Aside from that gray plastic used (it really looks cheap imo, almost KO quality), this looks to be a well-designed Megatron toy!
MugenAutobot:
Looks nice, vehicle mode is a little unthreatening.
Devastattor:
Very nice. I probably won't get him since I'm going to TRY and limit my animated tformers intake (ie a couple of Dinobots, Earth Megs, etc.) but he's a great representation of Megatron.
Dizzii:
I cant wait ! i love the show as well as the toys ive seen so far. Im a pushover for transformers anything though
Incepticon:
The more pics I see of this figure, the less I like it. I'm all for Megs having a big arm canon again, but this is overkill. Seems like most people who own it also make sure to shoot pics of it at tricky angles that don't show exactly how excessive in size the canon actually is. Add to that, the "alt mode" - if you can even call it that - is a whole lot of nothing... even by alienish looking Cybertroinian mode standards. IMO.

I'll definitely be sitting tight for the Voyager/Leader sizes of Earth Mode Megs.

Personally that's what I'd like to. I really don't know why the version of Megs that appears for less then an episode gets the voyager treatment and the permenant Earth mode (I guess) only has a deluxe. Anyone know anything for sure about a larger Earth Megs?

While his alt mode doesn't seem to be particularly anything, it seems to be more something then movie Megs alt mode, in my opinion.
Ktulu:
Love it, though I wish the face was more of a scowl. I'm getting echoes of Armada Hot Shot here. Also wish it was grey like the show, but ALAS, will still buy it

I'm fairly certain his earth mode is a voyager as well. And IIRC, that european class listing posted a couple of weeks ago had a leader Megatron listed.

The only version I have seen so far is from the pics in this thread:

http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transformers-news-rumors/163644-gallery-animated-two-pack-megatron-w-battle-damage.html

And I am pretty sure that's a deluxe.
doomtron:
im watching a few right now
Neo-Bombshell:
I still don't like the design nor for vehicle mode, less for robot modes. After so many new interesting molds now we have this, I definitively don't like it.

Yes but that is also the Cybertronian mode.

Megs Earth mode isn't going to be seen until at least episode 14 so Hasbro made two versions of Cyb mode Megs to make sure he had a presence on the shelves I guess.

Actual "so awesome you'll drool buckets" Earth mode Megatron is going to be a Leader sized toy. That'll be the main one, i.e. the one that Hasbro wants you to buy.
There could well be a more kid friendly deluxe or voyager version of the Earth mode but we haven't seen or heard anything to indicate that yet.

I'll be buying this and Leader Megs whenever he comes out but skipping the two pack one.
Liege Prime:
Thanks for clearifying, Fort Max. I know I'm getting the two I've seen so far, and a great chance I'll be getting any leader Megs release.
Dirge121:
I look forward to getting both this and the 2-pack version.
PunkyBrew:
This is most unforuntuate, for my wallet.

I have yet to see a figure from this line that I don't want.

Damnit Hasbro the kids I don't have need to eat!

threatening looking or not, it still does have that huge gun pointing in the front. making it basically a giant helicopter mounted gun...

i'd say to me it looks just as threatening as a gun or a tank.

it's just more mobile.

plus giving megatron some flight, instead of being stuck as a tank, makes him be able to fly along with his cons.

to me it's very nice choice in vehicle, and i don't see how a giant laser cannon on top of a helicopter, COULD get more threatening... lol

but to me the toy looks nice, and the cannon is huge... like the classics one, though, it might be too huge, but then again, the original's cannon, was pretty huge too.

so to me it's just keeping with the flow of things.

oh, and, this to me is MUCH better then megatron being a gun.

i hope it's a nice figure, and i really like the read fingers too.

while i agree with others, that the gray on the other deluxe version IS a better gray, to me, it's still just a color lol.

I'll get both, regardless of the color. also this gray, more of the color of what G1 was anyways in the series isn't it? he was kind'a this light grayish color. wasn't he?

and i have to say, i really like the head.
jtuarus:
after looking at this thread and how sweet he is up close i immediately made a bid for 1 of the many megs on ebay next time a prowl comes up i wont wait and im gonna get the 30 dollar deals for the ones that got it now to some 20 dollars more for a fig is alot i just cant wait by the time they get the toys out the first season will be done and i want to mess with my tfs while they are in my face every weekend with new material. so if you think im nuts go ahead i think your nuts for not getting them humph!!!! j/k btw no flaming me for a joke plz
