Better Images of Voyager Animated Optimus Prime

I guess this is Voyager Prime (Hope I'm right)

I love this mold great detail, and the head is not that bad as I worried in the beginning.

Funny, I just noticed that the Voyager Prime has four wheels, while the Deluxe Prime in your avatar has six. The same Deluxe figure here has four wheels. What's going on?

at least he looks more like the whole fire truck from the show.

still looks tight, and im suprised about the way they added the "trailer" on him, kinda dissapointed that they didnt do anything really catchy with it like making a base or something.

Honestly, I kinda prefer the battle damaged deluxe version. This version looks good in both modes, but I'd much prefer a show-accurate axe and no mask gimmick.

also I think the lightbar on his back is meant to be facing the other way.

Looks pretty cool. I really like all the Primes that are available for Animated(maybe not so much the Supreme, its kind of cool, but not a purchase). Might use the axe from the two pack or deluxe version for this Prime's axe, as the one included really doesn't look all that close the animated version of his axe.

Weird. Even in that link to the four-wheeled version, he's got 6 in robot mode (one in each shoulder and two in each ankle.)

This is my favorite version of Animated Prime so far, and is currently the only one I plan to get (though I'm concidering getting the Activator version too). The face-plate to c hing gimmick is a little weird, but since I'm going to be leaving it up all the time, it doesn't bother me. This guy is definetly worth the $20 he'll cost when he comes out. Would be even more awesome if Grimlock was in the same wave of Voyagers as Prime.

It's still too cartoony to me, just not what I like in a transformer asthetic. It's a great looking toy and the features seem real nice and all, but it's an easy pass for me.

As is, I only plan on getting very few, 2-3 at most, figures from this line.

He's awesome but not good enough to make me get him instead of the two pack. Now bring on the Wave 2 voyagers, Ebay dudes!

This voyager prime looks good.. Good enough to be one of my must buy for now... not bad with how its wheels/legs transformation although I clearly love how the transformation of the deluxes (front wheels rolled up becoming the shoulders)

As of the Deluxe 's earth mode, so it is obvious there are inside and outside wheels at the rear of the vehicle mode... It looks much like a semi truck than fire engine..

He is a Wave 2 Voyager.

I'm kinda disappointed by the truck mode, the cartoon version doesn't look as much like the toy as I'd thought when we saw the first pics, however the robot mode's awesome.

I know, that's why I said it. If they have Prime, they're probably getting the others soon!

This guy is just so cool. He beats the crap out of that awful battle damaged two-pack version. His face mask is just so cool. This is absolutely the best version of Prime.

Really. I love this Prime(I'm getting Cybertron prime as well^-^) So... since he's a Wave 2 voyager... how long do I have to wait to buy him after wave 1????

Thats going to be the one I get. I hope they make a Leader Class Prime to go with Megs.

Though I will be getting several Animated Primes, this one seems to be the one to get if you were only getting one. My only dissapointment in the line was initially I thought they had articulated ankles, but I'm pretty sure now that it was just how the mold the feet at a more dynamic angle in the early pics.

I dunno...I'm not thrilled with the half assed attempt at a trailer with the axe and gun...nor am I thrilled with the idea of a giant axe that looks like a cut up piece of a car rather than a baddass axe...depending on further developments I may pass on this

Awesome, awesome figure. Easily best Prime ever, IMO.

This is the prime to go with megs.
Each Megatron toy(with the exception of the two pack) has a Optimus counter-part one class smaller.

It puts it more in scale.
At least that's how I see it.

If you want a fancy Prime with bells and whistles buy the supreme class one.

Nope. The only Leaders we know about are Ultra Magnus, Bulkhead, and Megatron (earth mode). The "Leader" Prime is actually a Supreme sized & gimmick filled version of him (kinda like Ultimate Movie BB, but better). I plan on getting all 3 of the Leaders.

what's up with the axe? it doesn't even look like an axe. other than that it's decent. all this voyager/deluxe talk is just confusing. just how many of each character are we going to get? someone should just make a checklist with all the different versions with pics and release dates.
