Also I've noticed that if you tell people something is 19.99 all they here is the 19 part. I work retail and I'll tell someone something is 19.99 and they say "19?" and i tack on the 99 and they still say "19?". That's when I give up and say yes.

My exroomate was LITERALLY incapable of rounding, you'd tell her (or she'd SEE) $99.99, and be like "90 bucks, that's a good deal"
And I work retail too, yes, very much the same for a lot of shoppers. I'm happy I work in a pretty low-key operation, I habitually do the rounding FOR the customers if it's a price-sensitive item.

Perhaps this combined with the Bulkhead that was apparently purchased at retail

There's nothing to suggest they will. This seems to be just for those eager USA fans who can't wait. As far as we know the toys will still be coming out in May/June. Would be sweet if they were shipping to stores next week, though.
