DISCUSSION: (Jump To This Thread On The Boards)
Ktulu:
The smooth simple designs of Animated just don't lend themselves to hrooge toys imo, but I know kids will love it.
Mxprime:
I would get that figure if it wasn't for the arm gimmicks I feel they just ruin the toy in a way.
Dinobot Nuva:
Easy pass for me.
DN
Switchblade:
Considerably worse looking than the Voyager version. Not even slightly tempted to get this.

But why is it that every version of Animate Prime except the Voyager has a show-accurate axe? Why did the one that is pretty clearly the "main" Prime figure of the line get stuck with the weird double-bladed donut on a stick?
Fosterlager:
Oh yeah, the Voyager version's the way to go. I'll spring for the pre-earth mode as well, but not right away.
Poho:
looks like a children's toy...which is ironic
dark69:
looks cool but don't know why they did prim so big...now bring on omega!
tusko:
Gluts of steel.

And they're chromed! (fake-chrome painted anyway but don't nit-pick my joke)
Armada_MK:
ROACOP=Fail, Bring on Omega
skywarp:
I bought ult bumlebee even when I thought it looked bad. But ult BBs bad is no where near this. I agree that animateds smooth lines and style does not lend it self to being made larger. But I think the biggest problem is that seems detail less to me. Or at least not enough fine details.
SoundMaster:
I actually like this!
It could use some work on the truck mode and the block at the waist, but I like it a lot!

This man speaks the truth
docbenspock:
honestly i'll be satisfied with just giving Voyager Prime DLX Earth mode Primes axe. this guy is a waste of plastic IMHO.
TCracker:
FAIL
Railguard:
trebleshot:
Eh, more money for classics 2.0 and other Animated. Pass.

Same here. I've already got the 2-pack and I'm waiting to pick up the voyager.
