Animated Deluxe Figures In Stock at ToysRUs.ca HT83462Alg
Cybertron.ca reports that TFcon Toronto sponsor Toys R Us Canada now has the first wave of the Transformers Animated deluxe toys in stock at their online store. You can check them out by clicking here.

As previously reported both the Animated Deluxe and Voyager figures are now widely available in Canadian Toys R Us stores as well as through other retailers.

no offense to Canada, but I think Hasbro literally missed their target market by a few hundred miles.

we're going to be 25 to 30 episodes deep before we even see an Optimus Prime that was featured months ago.

Just to let you know, Canada IS THE TARGET MARKET. Along with the U.S. and really anyone who watches the show and buys the toys.

Soooooooooooo.... just because they only ship to the US, that means that they don't give two shits if anyone else buys their toys? Imagine if Hasbro sold their toys EXCLUSIVELY to the US...

Sense: You make none. Especially since HTS will be shipping to Canada within the next two or three months. (It's one or the other, I just can't remember)

I was going to attempt to order until I saw this post....so I tried anyway. I also was denied when a Canadian shipping address was requested.

This wait just plain sucks. I've never been this frustrated with toys. Damn things better be worth it.

Cool video. I didn't know Wierd Al was still making music. Don't get me wrong I love Canadians, it's just a funny video.

As far as Canada getting TFA toys first, that's great for you. If anyone is mad about it they are most likely expressing their anger towards Hasbro's lack of release in the the US, which I believe is their home market. But who knows why Hasbro does a lot of things.

As far as I'm concerned they've been saying late June so that's what I expect in the US, that's not saying I don't want to get them sooner

the fact that they hit canada doesent upset me and shouldent . the fact that my kids have waiting so long because those jokers wanted to milk the us market with there leftover movie junk makes me mad. collectors want these kids want these. wake up!

Yay. There is no reason to call Canada names over this. The screw-up is all on Hasbro's head. If Animated ends up NOT doing as good at retail or getting a 3rd season the only place to point fingers is Hasbro and their absolute horrid handling of this toy line and Cartoon Network for the absurd episode releases.

I bet most of the target audience doesn't agree with you and doesn't really notice any problems with the episode releases or the toy handling. How frequently do you think young kids get toys? Christmas and Birthday. For lots of consumers, slower releases and more time in between launches is 'good'.

Not everyone is like us who can buy a complete wave every 3 months. For us it feels painful to wait 11 more days for US releases. For everyone else, no one is losing a bit of sleep over it.

I found the Wave 1 Animated deluxes at a BC TRU last week, but no sign of the Voyagers. I'll have to swing by this week to see if they are in.

I'm not neccessarily talking about the here and now. in a couple months here shelves are going to be flooded with toys, and they are not going to be spaced out in waves like they normally are. This is going to cause some retail issues, probably floods of shelf warmers with other waves sitting in back rooms not selling. Who knows what the end result will be for the holidays if retailers are sitting with backrooms of toys that have been flooded all at once.
