Awesome, hope we get that Rumble/Frenzy BT Though I would have preferred the Jag (which would look awesome in BT form). Still on the fence about these though, the Convoy I would get but I think my KP version already fits the bill there, but for those that only have the Alt he's definitely worth looking into. Already have too many Smokescreens and Jazz's so it's a miss there, though again still tempting. Arcee I'm really not sure if I like it or not, I really liked the photoshop mock up they did as I thought the silver and the darker pink went really well, that and the head. This one looks to white in that the colors seem all blown out on her which I cant tell is the toy or just the photo taken. Either way will have to wait and see on her now. Any word on this toy?

At least give Arcee a new head. The Convoy is an improvement over the Alt/Kiss ones but not enough for me to buy a second. I guess this is good news for those that missed out on the rest.

yeah, boo on the head remaining the same. I may just buy it and replace it with one of them custom Arcee heads though.

I'm getting a couple of these, and keeping my fingers crossed for a BT Mirage.

Looks like Arcee, Meister & Bluestreak all got remolded steering column. Its all on the right side for Asian driving. I can make out if Prime has it due to the glare of the windshield. Its just sad that they can spend time to remold the car's interior to be more realistic for Asian cars but can't spend the time to give Arcee a proper head.

Convoy & "movie" Jazz look cool; not sure I can stretch to 'em both, but I think I can at least put some cash aside for a die-cast Convoy

Hope we get some new cars as well as characters from now on tho; whilst BT Rumble & Mirage would qualify as new for Binaltechs, truly new molds are definitely required, IMO. Be interested to see what that new one they're teasing turns out to be...

The silhoutette of the "Next" insallment of the line cannot be a Honda Civic......look at the hood. It is way to long to be a Civic.

There's no remolding. The original Impreza, RX-8 and S2000 BTs always had it on the right side. So your analysis of what they can or can't be bothered doing is somewhat overblown.

BTW, BT Convoy's is on the left. Dodge does not build the Ram in RHD form, while the three vehicles others are. The interior sculpt for both BT Black Convoy and KP Convoy are LHD.

I'm just glad Binaltechs are back. Maybe Hasbro will get the idea and bring back Alternators.

Actually, this looks like a blue Streak to me. Smokescreen sports a different mold than the Silverstreak for a majority of the parts.

I think it's cool that we're finally getting an "offical" Bluestreak.

Hrm. That Decepticharge headsculpt may ALMOST be able to pass for feminine (or at least androgynous) in that deco. But there are at least 4 different colors of pink on Arcee, and they do NOT go together. Or at least not in those pics.

Thought I'd end up ordering "her". Now I'm doubting it.

I love Binaltechs, but man, I just can't justify getting these. Talk about uninspired repaints. I would have bitten on Arcee if it she a new head mold, but as is she is easy to pass up.

I think about the only Alt/BT repaints that could entice me at this point would be a red Skids-as-Ironhide or a Civic Frenzy. Otherwise.... let these (admittedly wonderful) molds die and make some new ones!

That is correct. From the very beginning of Binaltech, all the Japanese cars had the steering column on the right and all US cars had it on the left. Only Alternators had ALL cars with LHD.

That is the perfect Convoy! All I wanted was a BT version with Die-cast and now I got it. And I like they changed the arms. That was the only aspect of the Alt version I liked better.

Screw all you complainers. BT's are still the best Transformers ever even if I agree that Arcee should have a new head.

I think that sillouette looks like a Civic. What precious BT has such a simple domestic car look?

Don't forget Silverstreak which had a release with both left and right hand drive versions.

Ah yes, that one exception. It's been so long that I've forgotten about it.

The two BT ver. of Smokescreen also came in LHD because the actual rally car was LHD, so that one is an exception to the Japanese car = RHD rule.

I have to say that the silhoutte looks like it could well be a 350Z. The sweep of the hood and windshield doesn't match that of the US Civic. I'll be chuffed if it does turn out to be a brand new never released mold.



If it really is a 350Z, I wonder what character/s would be selected. The most likely candidates, the Datsun bros have already been done as Subies and the Integra.

Sliver Jazz is based off the Movie Jazz.
Blue Streak is a Homage to G-1 Bluestreak.
Convoy is to Fill the demand for a Cheaper BT Convoy as up till now you could only Get convoy from the expensive Kiss Players set or Alt Prime.

Arcee is because of the popularity of the character and while I don't see the Pvc Daniel that was suposed to come with her maybe that will be saved for a Kiss Players release...

And if your not happy with the Arcee head, go contact Sculpt-bot for his custom Arcee Alt head he makes Im sure he'd love the business.

God I can imagine the Bitchfest when the teaser image of red Bt Rumble makes the rounds and no blue Bt Rumble.

The silhoutte is the Honda Civic Si look at the front end, While there is a loss of some detail in the pic it does match the design of the Civic's front end.

I just hope they gave it regular arms instead of the piledrivers...

The Meister repaint is slick. I like that mould but the others... nice.

All are pass, though. Since I already own the much nicer Alt Meister.

I already ordered my Meister. I'll probably pick them all up anyways. I'm glad they made a die-cast version of Prime. I was wondering if they were ever going to reuse the Nemesis mold as it would have been a big waste to just do a single run on a new mold for an exclusive.

I'm torn. Might get Convoy despite the fact that MP-01 heads my BTs (never had that mould).

I also really think that version of the RX-8 suits Jazz more than the original BT release (the stockier front, the spoiler) but then I do prefer him in white over silver.

Hmm, or maybe I'll save my money.

What's funny is, if the RX-8 had been white (Shockwave's mould with or without racing decos), the Subaru had been an accurate Prowl, the Ram had been Trailbreaker and the S2000 had just been Windcharger WITH THE RIGHT HEAD I'd have bought ALL OF THEM in a heartbeat. Still, the fact that we are getting these at all gives me hope for the future.

Nah it doesn't. The front wheels on the 350Z are too far forward, 350Z's nose is squared off, whilst the silhouette's isn't, and the spoiler is different. If anything it looks more like an RX-7, but I'm certain it's not that either since it's not in production. I'd put money it being the Civic, and the silhouette image is a bit distorted.

It looks nothing like a Civic. It matches the new Camaro almost perfectly. A BT movie Bumblebee makes sense on several levels.

I'm thinking it must be either a black and white mustang repaint [to match movie barricade's colours] or a slight remould of the Honda Integra. Doesn't fit Rumble's mould at all.

Sorry, but the Camaro's hood and the roofline are both wa-a-ay too long for that silhouette. The preview image has a very short peak where the windscreen and sloping roofline meet, while the Camaro roof doesn't start sloping until after the trailing edge of the door. The hood also slopes downwards at about the halfway point, whereas the Camaro's is virtually flat until you get to the forward edge of the front wheel-arch. The trunk and wheelbase (look at the position of the front wheels) are also much too long. This is definitely not a Camaro.

If this is not in fact an existing mold, such as the Civic, it is more likely to be a Japanese car, because it will be a Binaltech-only mold for some time, due to Hasbro's current non-participation in the line.

From a consumer standpoint, perhaps; from a production standpoint, not as much.

I would have to agree, I'm not entirely convinced this is the Civic, because there's just not enough info to go on so far. Plus, a big part of me hopes it's a new mold because, well OMG!1! YES!!! NEW MOLD!!1 but I guess we'll see what becomes of this interesting situation and how it plays out before us.

Nissan Skyline GT-R? Sweet ride. Looks like a better fit too. That'd be a nice BT. Esp in those colors.
