is this the same as this ONE?

Cause the one on BBTS, they say Super black, but it looks silver or charcoal. I'd rather get the dark Black one you have.

They're the same, BBTS was just using stock photos and never updated them.

That was a photoshopped image of the Silver or Red one, that appeared ages ago, and like Soundblaster1 said BBTS never updated it.

Really dig the figure, one of the best additions to the Nemesis Prime line up so far.
