See, I'd take the six open ones and make Devaturd so I could have more space on my shelf for all the other crap with a TF logo on it. The six sealed would go on ebay so I could buy even more TF crap, like Butticus, Defecator and Craputron.

Sorry for those not close to a House of Hoops store. These are coming out VERY soon and will be VERY limited. My buddy works at a HoH and has given me the details on these.

I have been collecting shoes for around 6 years now. I don't like the base shoes so I will be passing on these. The boxes are cool though. Lately I've been more into vintage and boots.

YES to the packaging, but I can't help but think the Bumblebee shoes, if worn on Earth, could be seen from Cybertron. Wow, dayglo yellow!

Yea these will be IMPOSSIBLE to get. They will be House of Hoops exclusive only, very limited pair. The last House of Hoops exclusive was only 600 pairs and 1500 people showed up. And they will be release July 10th a gotdamn friday, a day before i get paid. The Bumblebees will be $100, the Soundwaves will be $100 and Megatron will be $125. Good luck guys>

my friend picked these up today since i was working.

you said it..these will be impossible to get. if you guys thought tf fans were nuts, shoe collectors sometimes camp out days before a limited release. As much as I want these....I know I'll never get my hands on a pair.

apparently there were people last night waiting in line, HOH gave out tickets to the folks in line so they could show up today this morning. i didnt realize they were giving out tickets so this morning i was like FUCK. but my friend was around there and there were about 30 people in line waiting....someone who may have been an employee was second in line was offering her ticket, second in line, for 50 bucks! crazy people. anyway my buddy managed to get some and when he left there weren't that much left. another friend from the illinois sightings thread managed to get there at about 1230 and snagged a pair, they had very very few left, handful or something.

what sucks though is that a third of these folks probably will end up putting them on ebay. there are listings for 300 each, or 900 for the set free shipping.

a fellow board member drove from springfield ill to chicago last night to get in line! that's a 2 hour drive. hopefully these ebay prices go down and you guys can experience these. i'll be keeping them misb i think. i dont plan on wearing them.

These should have been a NikeTown exclusive -- that way more people would have had a chance to get them. With only 3 HOHs in the country...not many fans will be able to get them at a decent price.

props bro for scoring a set....that's pretty much a car payment and after getting laid off a couple months back, toys are pretty much the only hobby I can afford right now. hahahaha.

even if they were a Niketown exclusive, doubt we'd score a set. Have you ever stood in line at the one downtown? I did it once a few years ago...never again. hehe

I have...being a NikeTown exclusive gives me a better chance with access to the ES and a chance to get it without having to wait in line...

thanks for the props, been working overtime so they kinda paid for themselves! it sucks that there are only 3 HOH's in the states. i didnt even know we had one! the mall that HOH is located is about 5 miles from me. 15 minute drive with some traffic on a busy main street. my buddy told me about shoes showing up and i was like whoa really? i thought they only existed in the east and west coast. apparently this HOH store opened less than a year ago.

my buddy who works overnight waited in line for me for at least an hour at about 9 am.

I wish they had more stock, i'd help out any of you in purchasing one. i'd only charge cost plus shipping fees. you think they'll restock?

^^^ nah, its most unlikely that there will be a restock, especially on HOH-only releases. congrats on getting them! shoe collecting sucks nowadays coz most of the people buying exclusive releases are only in it for the purpose of reselling. props to those who really buy to collect.

there's a soundwave pair at my HoH and i'd totally wear them i like the style. the price isn't bad ($100) however the only size they had left was 15

well that's a bummer about no restocking. unfortunately, i'm no shoe collector but i picked them up due to the retro packaging.
