That's nice another Optimus. I mean I do love Optimus Prime, but I already own so many versions of him, I think they should be working on a Classics/Generations style Galvatron instead.

I'll likely still buy it though.

I'd just stick with the Prime that Xovergen is releasing/retooling. At least that one will combine with the trailer.

If this is as impressing as hegemon I'll be getting one.

Sorta in the same boat. Even though I don't own a Hegemon yet. If they look GREAT together, I'll more than likely grab them both.

I'm most likely going to pass though because 1. I love my Henkei Optimus Prime and 2. I already have some stuff that might only work with him like the G3 trailer. But if this is impressive enough I might go for it.

Classics prime will always be a good mold to me. But I'll admit I'm pretty excited about this. I really wanted an Optimus to go with Heg.

Well this might be able to combine with the Xovergen trailer. The trailer is seen combined with 3 different Primes. This could be a 4th depending on the dimensions.

Is this confirmed as Optimus? Looks kind of like Ultra Magnus to me.

Doesn't say anywhere what it is, but it looks way more like Optimus than Ultra Magnus to me. If he were Magnus he'd probably have those iconic shoulder towers.

Funny that Megs has a blockier look than Optimus... also those look like wheel behind his torso. No trailer no buy. The anime silhouette rubs me the wrong way too.

Is that suppose to be Brawn? If so Bot mode suffers a lot. I hope Prime doesn't end up the same way.

Pass on Toyworld Optimus. I can't justify the price it'll likely cost when the TRU exclusive Masterpiece Optimus will do wonderfully for the same amount. (perhaps slightly more or slightly less)

also, if this Optimus is in scale with TW's Hegemon, and looks G1ish enough, he's definitely bought.

I just mentioned how I'd love to see them do Prime recently & I get home from a long night at work to see that they're really doing it! BOUGHT as soon as we see some images & pre-orders.

As for Galvatron being mentioned.......if they came out of the gate swinging with this kickass Megatron & now what looks to be Optimus Prime, I think Galvatron will soon follow. Hell, I'd love to see their take on Rodimus, Ultra Magnus, & more.

Since I don't have Hegemon in-hand yet, I'll hold off saying they're now my favorite 3rd party group/company/whatever.......but I will say they're up there with FansProject & Igear, in terms of cool ass robots that transform, as well as awesome add-ons. Looking forward to this one.

And TJ, I think it's Prime, based on my extensive reference collection........I can see Magnus in this also......may need two to do a custom Magnus from it now....damn you.

I love the style so far. They infringe and they mean it. So far with Megs, it shows how far this company would go to get my hard earned money.

Its kind of hard to not infringe with Megatron. Not a whole lot of directions to go.

But I'm hoping this company goes the whole way. You never know they might do a decent devastator or other combiners. They also got balls. They're going for main characters and the biggest names right from the get go. That Megs says quite a lot already. They're shoving pushovers. I like it.

I feel the same......the came out swinging......really big brass balls. Now all we can hope is the quality of the product is up to snuff & we're all gold (at least those of us who are fans of what they're doing).

If they did a Galvatron and Rodimus to match they would instantly be my favorite 3rd party. 4 of the heaviest hitters and no one has touched Galvatron yet. We have 1 rodimus that FP did a great job considering the limitations they had to work around. Not to mention they all would be in the same scale. You can't get me excited like this, its bad for my persona.

Which has me absolutely stupidly giddy.

Woohoo!!! Bought on sight! I'll gladly keep my Classics Prime, but one that is slightly taller and not ginormously out of scale with the rest of my bots is a welcome addition. I'm still waiting with baited breath for Hegemon to ship. The throttlebots look surprisingly great as well.

This. The fact that he had those idw shoulder pads in the silhouette has me excited. I LOVE classics Prime though. This one is going to be tough for me.

If Hegemon QC is good, then this will sell like hot cakes.

Hopefully Toyworld will make a Megatron that's based of his IDW Stealth Bomber version. That version needs to be made into a figure somehow!

Very soon my friend will finish painting my custom of Stealth Bomber Megatron for me and this Optimus, assuming it is Optimus, will do wonderfully! I just knew that destiny would bring me perfect Optimus after Igear screwed me big time cancelling pp01S HA!
