Hot damn...demand is going to go thru the roof!

Looks great in my opinion. I like how the bots mostly seem ambiguous. You can't tell which side they're on which is perfect for the intention of these figures.

I hope these new pics mean they'll drop into my POL really soon!

I really like this set. Glad I have them on preorder. I'm not too keen on the planes but the tanks are ace.

I still think the waist part looks funny and Bombshock's head looks tiny. Still pretty cool.

...then just use a different PCC Commander? Problem solved!

I love these but I fear Heavy Thread's after market price will double with this.

i feel torn, because id like to have the planes, but the OCD in me can't let me have an incomplete set, so i'll likely pass, but those are sweet planes..

Eh, I'll stick with Mobine(Not Fallen) for limb upgrades.

I'll probably get the set if I can get Heavy Tread at a decent price and if the set of 4 bots from TFC isn't too expensive.

These look excellent! Love all the modes and the combined mode is particularly made of win. I'm digging Bombshock as the central torso bot a bit more than Heavytread, surprisingly enough; definitely gives a mini Bruticus vibe, especially with the colors of each limb corresponding to Vortex, Blastoff, Swindle, and Brawl.

These look a lot better than I expected. They're a bit too expensive for my collection though, so I'll pass.

Just not my thing for some reason. I think it is probably because I never got into the whole PCC line.

The hollow feet on the Plane bots is quite... bad. Otherwise, they're a nice set, and do the job of vastly improving on PCCs.

These sets looks awesome albeit expensive. Personally I think they look much better on Heavy Tread. I really hope they make more of these types of sets. I would love to see what TFC can do creatively.

i just got this set in the mail today, and boy are they worth it. each one has a lot of character put into the head sculpts. very emblematic of each of their respective country's. these guys look pretty great on the brown repaint of bombshock. but seeing these pictures of them on heavy tread, MAN i gotta find him now. hes in a box here somewhere. they just look bitchin on him. another huge bonus to this set is i'm a huge history nut, so i get a huge kick out of these guys. the vehicle modes are pretty dead accurate. when not combined to a PCC torso, these guys are my stand ins for the 4 characters from COD nazi zombies. quite a worth wile set!

The P-51 Mustang robot's head has a WWII US Army overseas service cap.

The Tiger tank head is wearing an M42 Stahlheim.

The J7W Shinden robot has a Japanese flight cap on...

The Russian T-34 bot has what appears to be a ushanka on.

I'm TOTALLY digging Iron Army. Even without PCC compatibility this set is a MUST BUY for me.

i'm glad someone else noticed this too. as I started to look at the pictures of the bots i started to notice their similarities they had from their affiliated countries.

I never got into the PCC line but I just went and bought a heavytread off ebay to go w/ these guys.

the leg bots with the treads facing forward makes the legs look thinner and therefore much better looking. Before, the legs look too wide for the rest of the body.

I think they look great.

$20/each for 3rd party transforming figures that are compatible with PCCs seems like a pretty decent price; especially considering all of their details and poseability. I'm looking forward to see how they look on the rest of the core combiners besides Heavytread and Bombshock (who they look great with).

Ugh that back kibble on the planes kills it. It's tolerable on the tanks minus those huge gun turrets. Combined mode shines as limbs though, they are great.

Though I assume the feet and hands aren't integrated in anyway? Bummer.

I think those look great. And I also want Mobine. Huh..... So much for hating Power Core Combiners. I guess if they had, you know, made proper limbs to begin with, I would have actually been into them.

Also, I really like how even though they are two moulds, they have enough configurations to make them look different, which I really like.

Y'know, it's funny... but I think they actually look much better with Bombshock. Turning the tanks tread-ways gives the combined mode a lanky, kind-of menacing feel to it; it's weird, but I really like it.

Now I kinda wish I had the cash to shell out for these guys... and a Bombshock.

I am currently biting my fist about spending well over retail on a Heavytread and $60+ on both sets.

So glad I grabbed Heavytread a while back, can't wait for these to arrive

These sets look much better than what was originally seen. Excellent work. Now I also regret not buying some matching PCC while they were out. Oh well.

Where did you find them for ~$60? I see ~$80 everywhere...

These are excellent! Really digging how they look in all modes, especially alt modes (WWII military vehicles FTW) and combined modes. The bot modes are quite quirky but aren't too shabby either (and as someone pointed out, their chest emblems and "hats/helmets" are pretty neat in a funny "wink wink" way).

Also have to agree that with the tanks displayed treads-first, Bombshock/mini-Onslaught as the central torso bot is looking great and more proportionate, almost like a mini Bruticus (Bruticus Minor?) especially since the limbs feature the colors of the original Combaticons. Heavytread still looks good but seems more squat (but more powerful looking), particularly with the hands hanging down past the knee joints. I have two of each PCC bot (one Heavytread has replaced Brawl as FP Bruti/Colossus's left leg, however) and will probably display the limb-bots with Bombshock and display him with Encore 20 Devy (upgraded using JB add-on parts) alongside some Legends figures.

Really hope they make a Defensor or Menasor limb-bots next, using vintage alt modes again (such as classic muscle cars to go with either PCC Huffer/Crankcase to form a pseudo Menasor Minor, or quirky vehicles like a hearse or something to go with Stakeout/Smolder for a pseudo Defensor Minor). Bruticus Minor needs someone to fight against!

Power Core Combiners was a wonder full concept that had some faults. If you created limbs like TFC Toys Iron Army then the line would have done better and might still be going.

You can get them for ~$60 from Asian retailers, but of course shipping is higher. Prices elsewhere vary, I have them available at $72 ($36/set).

I just bought them at robotkingdom this morning for $30 per set. Shipping was another $16 (to the US).
