Site sponsor Robot Kingdom has updated their Facebook with an extensive gallery of the upcoming Perfect Effect PE-DX 01 RC figure. This motorcycle transformer is a homage to Generation 1 Arcee with added influence from the IDW comic version of the character. In the photos we see the transformation of the figure, the figure in package and looks at both robot and vehicle modes. These photos are of the blue version of the figure.

We've mirrored the images on here on TFW for you to check out and enjoy. Click the title bar to view all of them!

Awesome, but we need pics from the pink one o.o
Gundamben831
^lol I feel ya the pink one isn't gettin enough love. But still this is one toy I can't wait to come stateside, she just looks amazing in every way.
Cecilia
Yeah, I am still between getting the blue also or just sticking with the preordered pink
StayingInTheBox
It looks like a cool figure. Everything I expected from PE.
NICKBOT
Looks nice, but she has a squishy face. Like Matt Damon and that doofy looking kid from Twilight. As if their noses are black holes and it's sucking the rest of their face inward.

Me too! But I don't know if Robotkingdom allows adding items to an existing preorder...
NothingHead
I don't really have a problem with her face, but her wide shoulders are giving her very masculine proportions..

Iīd rather pre order this separate from pink because of taxes, the smaller the box, the harder for it to be randomly chosen by customs here for inspection XD
slugslinger2004
Looks good. Will probably buy the pink one once Jet Vehicon and the Arms Microns arrive at Robot Kingdom later this summer.
optics
Love that ab crunch.
skiss
What a great day for 3rd party news.

Indeed
ORIO
Loving it. I have the blue version on preorder and she'll be my Classics Chromia. Hopefully this will be the next thing to drop into my POL.
Ultra BuckNutz
Hope this gets stateside in the next 2 weeks. Only thing I'm waiting for before I ship my PoL
TylerMirage
Looks pretty awesome!
TFtoycollector
Looks great. And it kind of looks like it could be used as a TF: Prime Cybertronian mode arcee. Definitely thinking about getting this.
Rockdown
That thing is ugly. It is not a patch on any Hasbro or Takara Arcee.
ahro23
Love the look but hate the idea of paying $90 for it :\. At least that's the preorder price I have on it on my BBTS preorder list right now. I was hoping to see how the QC of this figure was after I got burned on my PE Frenzy/Rumble set but hopefully someone will review one in a video to comment on that soon.
Torque
Pink pre-ordered on BBTS back when it was $80 very excited to see more of her, reminds me of Prowl's transformation.

As for the masculine shoulders-the bot mode DOES remind me of IDW Arcee a bit
DethPike
I'm probably in the minority but I'm kinda glad I cancelled my pre-order for this a while back - I'm just not digging it. I had thought of ordering it once it hit but after seeing those pics, I'll pass. Just not what I had in mind.
G1Jetfire
The release date for these is late May. They look ready to me. Can't wait to have both!
mentok27
Sweet. I ordered both off RK moths ago!

What Hasbro/Takara Arcee? I dont have a classics Arcee from them...
primetime77
looks alright. would like to see the pink one. the blue one has me thinking movie or prime rather than g1. i say its about $50 cool....not $100 cool. i'll pass.
GAUGE0001
The transformation is pretty lame for a 90.00 toy, but the toy overall is kinda cool. I like the articulation all around.

The only thing hurting this toy to me is the transformation, it's way too similar to Energon Shockblast, actually..., even simpler. I was hoping for a Complex (Fansproject) kinda Transformation though.
grunge
it looks kinda ugly to.me. just a pass IMHO. it's the head really. though not digging the design as much as I do when it was just CGI images.
kamuix
looks kinda interesting, i like the weapons it comes with. the transformation kinda reminds me of animated prowl. how both legs become the front and rear and the arms folding in the back.
kaijuguy19
Really digging her! She looks great in those poses and I acutally don't mind the transformation scheme. Hoping to get the blue version somehow.

Let me clarify, it looks inferior to the movie, animated, energon, FE and RID versions of Arcee. It also looks inferior to all the other 3rd party versions of Arcee.
Deadend
I'm sold on the pink one. I'll have to get her.
Ezilla82
Well I dig the figure..yeah the transformation is simple, but I'm a simple guy that likes simple things. I'm still waiting for video reviews to see the pros and cons of this figure before I buy it myself.
Kantus Prime
If only I had the cash....
Cecilia
I prefer it simple, and as people mentioned, remembers Prowl animated transformation all the way, than anything like RTS Perceptor which just frustrates me when I transform to vehicle mode. Complex transformations are great fun until you learn them from inside and out, that it is as interesting as any, but less convinient.
Bountyan
Yeah I prefer simple transformations too. Especially on third party toys sometimes. Feels bad when you feel like you're going to break a limited toy you paid a lot for.

Nice point, not to mention it is easier for QC management, better tolerance on measurements, less friction parts etc
TCJJ
I''m still undecided on this figure. It looks nice, but I'm not sure if I can justify the price. It looks fairly simplistic (transformation-wise), and I like complex transformations (coupled with simplistic, blocky silhouettes), and being Perfect Effect, I'm not sure how tall that thing is.

If I was going to buy one though.... Well, even though I prefer blue, I'd probably go for the pink because it's something different, and I very much like the white highlights.

^This. I like how she looks, but I can't justify $100 for her. But I do need an Arcee that can represent G1. Come on Hasbro, release Generations Arcee already! And she better be G1 pink! I never saw her Animated counterpart anywhere near me!

Did PE burn you in the past or something? I can agree with you on some of them molds but seriously man movie Arcee? really?

That thing didn't even have proper legs!
Unicron9
I've been looking at this every time a new pic is shown. Having these final shots I can say i just don't like it. Great looking figure in both modes but it doesnt strike me as a female at all unless I really try to believe. Looks more like a quick, lean, dude to me, and not much like a Transformer either. Looks like random Japanese changer robot cycle.

I don't know. She looks as female as G1 Firestar* or any of the other G1 Female Autobots:

Head isn't too far off either. I think they nailed the G1 look.

*chose Firestar, rather than G1 Arcee, to make a point. A direct comparison to Arcee would've been made as a counter argument otherwise.

Thank you for saying this, because I'd even posted on twitter yesterday morning that this looks like a dude bot with a chest protector. Absolutely nothing about it is feminine, and the face is very generic. It's not a bad figure to me, but I don't understand the link/homage even as an "updated" Arcee.

I'm glad that there's a fanbase for it, though.
DJW107PRIME
cool
NM1
In one of the pics you can see her giving the gun a hand- Who am i kidding.
sarnian1979
Go ahead and call me crazy, but I could totally see myself putting a new head on the blue version and using it as Blurr. Not at full price though, if I see it go on sale then maybe.
exomega255
the good thing about this is, if they don't get the head right it isn't hard for another 3rd party to make a good head.

That's a good point.
exomega255
Although, from another perspective: I will honestly say this:

I haven't seen a "good enough" G1 Arcee head from anyone. That's my opinion. There have been a few tries at Radicon, and by smaller third party group, and I never know what to make of them.

Most of them don't bring out the "girl" part of Arcee, well. A lot of them look like "rage of a woman" face, and Arcee just doesn't have that kind of character in the G1 shows.

So to me, at the moment, I cannot think of a head that I would substitute. Even Hasbro hasn't done a good job with past G1 Arcee homage heads.

I guess it's just a difficult thing to do?

But again, I donīt see those two here as any tf fembot ever done before and the main reason to pick her up is to pass as a cybertronian version of my OC, however she will need some small paint aps for that to happen anbd I wish the shoulders could be closer to the body and the chest lifted to the same angle as the hood on my art.
