very excited to see more of her, reminds me of Prowl's transformation.
Let me clarify, it looks inferior to the movie, animated, energon, FE and RID versions of Arcee. It also looks inferior to all the other 3rd party versions of Arcee.
I've been looking at this every time a new pic is shown. Having these final shots I can say i just don't like it. Great looking figure in both modes but it doesnt strike me as a female at all unless I really try to believe. Looks more like a quick, lean, dude to me, and not much like a Transformer either. Looks like random Japanese changer robot cycle.

Although, from another perspective: I will honestly say this: I haven't seen a "good enough" G1 Arcee head from anyone. That's my opinion. There have been a few tries at Radicon, and by smaller third party group, and I never know what to make of them. Most of them don't bring out the "girl" part of Arcee, well. A lot of them look like "rage of a woman" face, and Arcee just doesn't have that kind of character in the G1 shows. So to me, at the moment, I cannot think of a head that I would substitute. Even Hasbro hasn't done a good job with past G1 Arcee homage heads. I guess it's just a difficult thing to do?
