ToyWorld have updated their website with images of prototypes of not one, not two but three new upcoming releases. First up is their TW-H02 "Brainstorm" Headmaster, a follow-on to their Hardbone. Next is TW-02, the partner piece to their first release Hegemon, based on IDW's version of Optimus Prime. Lastly images of TW-T03 have been posted. That one is thought to be an unofficial version of the red Throttlebot, Chase.

Some exciting new 3rd party news courtesy of our sponsors. We now have preorders for the next two Unofficial Stunticon figures, CA-11 Last Chance and CA-12 Down Force (aka Dead End and Dragstrip). Not only do we get some nice, new images for these two but they are scheduled for release in June and July respectively. Also shown for the first time from Fansproject's unofficial Stunticons is our first clear look at their version of MotorMaster in vehicle and robot mode courtesy of Fansproject's website. Maketoy have also updated this day with new images of their unlicensed Year of the Snake Omega Supreme upgrade, Armageddon. These new images show Armageddon in a prototype state attached to Year of the Snake Omega Supreme in both modes. Check out the new images at the link above.

Perfect Effect has returned to their roots for their next release - the PW-01 and PW-02 Master Swords. The swords are aestheitically based on the Perfect Effect God Swords, but scaled for the Fortress / Brave / Grand Maximus toys. They lack the ability to break down into their component parts, instead featuring an optional long handle to be wielded by Omega Prime or a handguard to let them attach to the Maximus type Transformers. Maketoys have announced their next major project, following on from the popular Giant and the perennially delayed Chaos Paladin. Next up from them is an unnofficial and unlicensed reinterpretation of Computron, that takes a few liberties with the designs of the team members, especially Strafe. Revealed so far are Quantron itself (Computron), Blindfire (Strafe), Celeritas (Lightspeed) and Metalstorm (Scattershot).

Some pictures of a prototype for what is claimed to be a third party unlicensed trailer for Dark of the Moon Optimus Prime have been posted on the Planet Iacon Facebook group. The images show a trailer, scaled for the Leader Class Striker Optimus Prime mold, which transforms from the usual boxy Optimus Prime trailer into a full-on weapons arch, as seen in Transformers Dark of the Moon.

No information as yet on who is making this, estimated prices or when a release can be anticipated. If and when more information becomes available, we will update you.

Thanks to a posting on Weibo, we have a new image of IGear's upcoming releases in their popular Mini-Warriors line. Shown in this picture are MW-05 Cogz, MW-06 Duneraker, MW-07 Veer and MW-08 Bushwacker in vehicle modes. To be more clear, those are unofficial versions of Gears, Beachcomber, Swerve and Outback. We get a good look at Veer and Bushwacker's weapons in this picture (Veer has a tommy gun!) and the picture indicates these are in production and should hopefully meet their expected release date of next month.

SXS Toys has released color images of their accessory set for Masterpiece Optimus Prime / MP-10 Convoy Version 2. The set incorporates a fuel hose for Roller as well as a version of the rocket pack worn by Optimus Prime in the Generation 1 episodes "More than Meets the Eye Part 3" and "Dinobot Island Part 2", the latter episode providing the color scheme for the piece. There are two versions - one with a blue fuel hose and full silver rocket pack, and one with a silver hose and a black-and-silver rocket pack. Check out the images after the break. Please bear in mind this piece is not an official accessory set and is not licensed by Hasbro or Takara-Tomy.

Creator of unofficial WST Transformers toys Heero Toys Maker has updated his personal website with new prototype images of his upcoming WST Laser Optimus Prime. The gray prototype shown here suggests it will be slightly larger than the official Takara WST Optimus Prime. Given Heero's penchant for releasing redecos of his pieces, we can probably also look forward to a WST Laser Ultra Magnus and a WST Robots in Disguise Scourge up the road. This item is due for a release in June.

Third party group Excellent Toys have revealed a new unlicensed version of Optimus Prime. They are taking a different approach to the usual third party releases and going for a very cartoonish super-deformed style Optimus Prime - one that can actually transform, if these images are any indication. There are two versions shown, a classic style one with squared boxy arms and smokestacks, and one with a more modern IDW design. Box feature the IDW split chest design, though. Check out the preview image attached to this story.

Third party group Igear is on a roll. Last night, the next two figures in their Mini-Warriors line were revealed in the form of MW-10 Red Baron (Powerglide) and MW-11 Busta (Wheelie). Today, the group has revealed via their Facebook page a homage to Generation 1 Bumblebee as MW-12 Stinger and a homage to Cliffjumper as MW-13 Rocky!

3rd party group Igear has updated their Facebook page with renders of the next two characters in their Mini Warriors line. First up is MW-10 Red Baron, a homage to Generation 1 Powerglide that includes a gatling gun weapon. Second, is Busta. A homage to Generation 1 Wheelie. Complete with slingshot weapon and a name to reflect his unique way of speech.

No other information is given on their Facebook page regarding a possible release date. However, one can wager these will be priced similarly to the other upcoming Mini Warriors (Duneraker, Bushwacker, Cogz and Veer) due for release in May.

One further bit of unlicensed Transformers-like products news for you tonight - a new version of the JustiToys WST Military Transport is being made. Limited to 500 pieces, this version of Military Transport (WST Astrotrain) is based on the original Generation 1 toy coloration. It's the third outing for the design, which was previously released in Generation 1 cartoon / toy prototype colors and black and white vintage Takara deco colors. This version is reported to be a limited edition of 500 pieces, according to the listing on Chimungmung where we are getting this news from.

Dr Wu has revealed another one of their upcoming accessories on Weibo - a Dark Star Saber for Transformers Prime Megatron. Wielded by Megatron in the latter episode of Transformers Prime the Dark Star Saber was a terrifying weapon. This accessory will mark the second third party Dark Star Saber - Corbot V is making the other - although this one does not include Megatron's grave-robbed new arm.

iGear have updated their store page for the chrome version of Miniwarrior Spray with final product images and a shot of the packaging. Chrome Spray is a homage to the Minibot Seaspray, who sported a chromed finish when he was released as a part of the Transformers Generation 2 line. He's a limited run of 500 pieces.
