You think TJ would take a picture and Photoshop job of that quality and put it out there in public? But seriously... stuff like this is weird. I don't understand how people think that they can make anything off of a kit that requires people to paint... especially full figures and the like. It's the same thing I wondered about that WFC MEgatron to galvatron upgrade crap too.
Just said it looked like your background. Ie, perhaps they photoshopped one of your previous pictures. Why did they choose jazz to make this alteration to? Nice mold but totally random, and you'd have to paint to even make any sense out of it.
Not really, 1) lot of people already have e shockblast, 2) e shockblast goes for around 20 to 30 on e bay which is not that much more than retail 3) To make the add on work you have to repaint a whole figure, it not an easy thing and there will be lot of paint chipping and rubbing so that will turn more people off this. Could also go with SG isn't as popular with people as G1 and this really isn't a g1 shockwave. In fact i'll bet an E shockblast that an add on kit to give it a new gun arm will sell far better than this set will.
That's if you can find it for $10 not everyone could find him at retail so, and the Energon one is simple just make a lower arm that attaches where the cannon goes it'd cost maybe $15 or so depending if a company decides to make one and if they'd add on anything else, Idc if Alt. Jazz and Shocky had a same mold, or that it's based off the Botcon tooling it still seems really stupid to do so when there is a more obvious thing to make, instead of copying a convention exclusive basically

Yep. I have an advance copy of the longblast mod kit, waiting on a jazz to arrive to finish the custom, but it's a nice kit, molded in clear plastic. The head is in two parts, with the back/inner eye removable, so you can paint the head easily, and paint the eye bit with a clear paint, slide it in, and have some nice lightpiping! I don't have the sticker sheet, so I can;t speak to that, but we've seen preview pics of it.
