Bro, since this one is a protype, it's acturally a little bit fragile, but soon, it will come back with much much much better plastic.

Amazing Transformer! The level of detail is awesome and it´s gonna look awesome in the gray and purple combo from the comics.

rrrrghh.....every time I see new pics of this I want it a little more. Once its out, it will be hard to resist (especially since my HOS Prime needs a foil).

As for Cyclops? I was sold from the first announcement, so much so it made me by KMC.

BTW this boat is quite slim vs the HOS concept.

I have no doubt that the final version of this will be excellent, considering how good Annihilator turned out (KMA is the only reason I ended my embargo on 3rd party TFs). Cyclops is pretty much a guaranteed purchase for me...so bring on the price and release date!

Gorgeous. I must have this. As with the Knight Morpher, I love all the rivets and panel details all over this guy.

I got an annihilator awhile back and haven't regretted it once. The only reason Cyclops isn't "bought on sight" is that the first Commander version had so many issues they needed to work out for Annihilator. So I figure I'll wait to see if there are any bugs they need to get out of the mold. Plus, if the first version is G1 Purple, I'd rather wait for a possible "Shack-wave" grey version. I think it'd look for less out of place. I mean, as nice as the other versions of the KM-01 mold look, only Annihilator strikes me as looking like a real train.

Yeah, shoddy QC and all-purple would be a deal breaker for me, too. Hopefully that won't happen though and the HoS colorscheme the main version instead of a variant.

If what I've heard is true that this may be around the $100 mark... This will almost certainly be my first 3rd party figure. And I've never even been tempted by any other 3rd party figure before!

if anyone's in Dublin at the time! could they please take a video of this beast & post it on youtube. I wouldn't mind seeing a video of it.

1) Ironclads are cool. Shockwave is cool (despite some of the comics trying to screw him up in recent years) so double win there then.

2) Steam Trains are all sorts of colours red is far from unusual anyone who thinks all steam trains are black needs to go play with google image a bit more.
(That said ; I can't say i've seen many Purple Steam Trains like the 3rd version or white like the 4th - but I can assure anyone that red is not a weird colour at all for a 19th Century Steam Train).

3) A submarine might make a fun alt mode if say someone wanted to make modern era Gobots where you take a small Gobot sub and DX it up so it's a bit bigger than a Dlx Transformer - that might be quite fun as Gobots are afflicted to Transformers Characters after all now and it means if you wanted to make a space shuttle then it does not have to be Astrotrain or Blast off it could be a Gobot.
(That said the original Gobot DX Spaceshuttle is excellent anyway so might not need updating but then most of the later DLX Gobot are far better engineered toys than may similar sized G1 Transformers are anyway... Not sure if America got all the much better later in the line mid-eighties Robo-Machines/Machine-Robos though.

4) If I have the money handy when he's out I'll be buying him.

Any confirmation on retail price? Mastermind is probably soliciting fan feedback so they can improve the toy as they develop this.

I hope this first version is their 'shack-wave' repaint. That way when it comes out with QC problems they can fix them for the purple version. It looks awesome, but I really want to see a subdued purple-grey with a yellow eye.

As much as I'd love for all of you to be able to shop in my store I know 95% of the fanbase just doesn't live here...we're certainly worth the trip though All secrets shall be revealed once I have all the t's crossed and the i's dotted...but I guarantee it will be worth the wait! We're not talking something small

I have been waiting for a year to see what they will make next on the HOS series. This is totally awesome and I can't wait for it to hit the market!

Still waiting for final pictures to make up my mind, but this is the first 3rd party since I got Springer (defender) that I have a strong feeling I'll probably pick up. This is looking very promising!
