does cyclops come with a light up eye? or is that just for the promo pic there?

leader class usually has electronics maybe they are following that since this is the first leader class 3rd party piece we have ever had

Given its size, wouldn't it be more like a 3rd party Masterpiece Shockwave?

Meh... I don't know if I'm interested if he's the size of MP-01. First of all, he will be hella expensive, and secondly, he won't fit in anywhere in my collection!

Of course if the cost isn't ridiculous (based on size I'm imagining $250-400) I'd get him. Anything over 200 and this becomes unnecessary... I'll have to wait for a hasbro classics Shockwave.

I knew there was a reason this guy being announced made me rush and buy Knight Morpher.

Being rabbidly on-board with this thing since the start I'm now feeling contrary or worried.

Nothing can look that good and then be that good (see Universe: Powerglide).

I really want to see the final colors on that thing- I don't think we have yet.

There's a real chance I might get this. Of course I was considering the not constructicons until I saw the colors. But I'm much more likely to get this than I ever was with the not constructicons.

Looks really badass. I wonder if he comes with the alternate circular head that the concept art shows.

Must say though, seems like a great job. I'm looking forward to their Insectitrain and hopefully they will complete the whole HoS line with guys like BB, Megatron(I believe there were two designs), Seekers, Squawkbox, Ratchet, etc.

This has great potential. I love the HOS designs.

This has been their claim from the start. It has been MMC and Fanstoys(yet to release anything) that have been working on larger scale figures and talkign prices in and around $100. I also think they added that they are working hard on findign someoen to produce this for that price so until price is announced we really have no clue.

I hope for those two groups, the fans, and the future of 3rd party goods that these companies succeed in gettin gthat $100 price.

Imagine Leader Cyclops or MP Soundwave and Blaster at $100. How long will iGear be able to put out smaller PP figures for $110?

Well said, I really hope only for good things for MMC. They deserve it after their rough start which didn't stop them. Can't wait to own this and hexatron.

Well, fingers crossed they use Guido's deco. Which was marvelous given all the purple on the exterior of the altmode only appeared on the portion of the boat that is already submerged underwater, giving him a grey appearance to the naked eye.

if thats what I THINK that is...the old ironclad from the comic....my fingers just got an erection thinking about holding that shockwave

Guess I'm a little concerned because the HoS Prime was pretty expensive considering the size... and, frankly, wasn't up to the quality of a Fansproject (to name a name) figure. Very touchy, very fiddly. I'm afraid to transform it.

2 to 300 bucks for a similar deal with Shockers? I dunno.

True, but by all accounts, MMC fixed the mold's problems with the black repaint.

And they're rereleasing the original deco with the mold fixes at some point in the near future.

This was done in August.


Still waiting to see the final deco on this, the mold seems wonderfull but I also want him to be comics accurate.

What a beast. Hopefully not the price as well.

Ah. I'm still waiting on the rerelease of KM:A.

wel...I have to say, I`m not sure what's the size that you guys talking about the MP shock wave. but this one is taller then the MP-09. well...of course, the eye dont have any light effect on this protype yet...and I`m not sure how will going on....

Mayne if they can get it in the $100-$150 range I'm sold!! Looks beastin!! I need me a sugar mama, to help my wallet on this Christmas List HA!

Damn, that thing is blocky. And I don't like the lines/ridges around the eye. Not even going to mention what it looks like lol. But if it gets released at a good price I will buy it.

Yes this is still my most anticipated 3rd party figure to date. Hexatron is in the blind-spot waiting for Cyclops to exit the construction zone and enter the shipping lane.
