Next up on the third party unlicensed custom toy front is this gallery of Mastermind Creation’s Knight Morpher Annihilator. This toy is a black version of the Knight Morpher Commander aka Hearts of Steel Optimus Prime, and quite honestly looks sharper in the black and gold. It also comes with a couple of new accessories shown in these images – a sword, and a pair of train track pieces.
Also shown is a white version of the design, which is probably the previously mentioned Knight Morpher Magnus.

Just an FYI, Robot Kingdom lists Annihilator as having arrived and starting to ship out, so those that have preordered from them will hopefully get their shipping notices soon.
Hopefully this is good news for U.S. sites too.

I hope they re-release KM-01 with these improved joints. I loved that Hearts of Steel comic.

I shouldn't have opened this thread. He looks great! The paint is just excellent.

says their blog that it is a ball joint head. Visor is fixed, same look.

What;s different about the new Optimus head? I can't seem to find a difference …

The color schemes used for the Knight Morpher trains focus on their bot modes rather than their alt modes. That way we are better able to identify who these figures are meant to represent.

The Ultra magnus on the back of the box is just 3d artwork, based on the bio written on the side of the box. It doesn't indicate that its the next repaint.

A white steamer? THAT's unlikely/impractical. Trains of that era were commonly painted with bright accents, especially the wheels—red/blue was actually quite common for the era. "Pure black" came later. But *white*? Come on…
Now, 4449 in American Freedom Train colors had a white stripe and white tender sides, but:
A. It's a special-event limited-operation train and is washed constantly to keep it looking good.
B. Just a bit on the sides, not the top.
C. 4449 is oil-fired, and burns FAR cleaner than coal-fired locos like Knight Morpher.
I'm unaware of any other steam loco having anywhere near so much white, much less one that was actually in regular service. Light grey on occasion, but not white. (and light grey often didn't last long, as it was almost as hard to keep clean as white)

Looks like DW's the Fallen. Does anybody else see it.

i like the figure it's very nicely done but in terms of how it would fair in the modern transformers era it wouldn't work to well because it couldn't ever be in alt mode because of the lack of train tracks.
it's to bad though because the figure looks really good and we need more big figures but theirs only so many vehicles to choose from.

it won't be too surprising to see addition weapon blocks for the morphers to pull in train mode

looks like I have to get extra track to complete my display idea

This is soooo nice. after I pay for protector.
courtdevil
how about he is a train then scans to a cab when he is off the tracks?
Stuntastic
He can ride the two sets of tracks. But then he has to transform and walk the rest of the way.

bumpy, white version for magnus? so its 3 repaints so far for this mold? they are going to pass fansproject soon for repaints.
