BTW, that G2 Ramjet was on the front page news a couple days ago.

Well the G2 Ramjet was announced but no pictures were shown till now and he looks pimp. And is that suppose to be a midwarp skywarp or KO of the ghost starscream orsomething??

I kept pestering KO toys to pester CHMS to do a Forest Green seeker but they never bit - glad to see someones done one perhaps the existance of that will encourage CHMS to do one too.

I can't imagine what the purple tint one is though it looks like a clone seeker but it's oddly transparent for no obvious reason.

I love that Ramjet - I do wish they'd not bothered with a new box or extra launchers though as it's just put the price up needlessly.

If he was like $185.00 I'd be more likely to have bought him. as it is I probably will not when he's what $225.00+shipping. Unless they are still stocking them much later in the year and there is a toy drought he seems a bit to expensive to me.

And if i'm honest I have lately come to quite like the yellow & Black Shattered colours quite a lot. He does look nice though and that's coming from someone who does not even like the MP Starscream derived mould especially much ( find them a little to large and fiddly fragile to be useful for anything other than as a display piece - and I do like to play with my toys generally). But that G2 Ramjet and to some extent the Forest Green Seeker do hold some appeal to me anyway.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna have to buy that G2 Ramjet...

We've been listening to people's feedback and are probably going to be changing the launchers from being a preorder incentive to being an optional add on so we can get the cost down to a better level Hopefully we'll be able to make more people happy that way!

Looks nice overall. I have a feeling a G2 Thundercracker would be a huge hit among the fandom.

I hope they make the SW more translucent! maybe even a half painted half translucent would be awsome!

A plain black box or the previous Ramjets Box with a paper label on it seems fine to me - but then I don't know if there's some people for whom the packaging is a big deal.

I think you only need a label on one side really.. I liked the Box I had on the KMC-X but to be honest I bough that for the toy not the box and if it had come in a plain white box or a KMC box with a exclusive repaint info sticker on it i'd have been just as happy.

It's a very handsome toy (G2 Ramjet) and that is the part of the deal that appeals to me.


Oh and as to costs - Perhaps iGear could list the Launchers in Starscream colours on their store at some point - especially if they decide to do a G2 like Starscream.

CHMS were supposedly considering doing a set of 3 Seekers at one point in camo so perhaps an MP G2 Starscream would be even more interesting if he had more camo than the original toy had - especially as the grey camo that the G2 one has is quite similar to Movie 2007 Starscream's subtle camo effect (as seen on the Japanese MP Movie Starscream toy). and he's kind of white to originally so if he had more grey on him he'd not look to much like the Hasbro MP Starscream then.


But i'm not the core market for this so no one needs to listen to me to much on this. I' just thinker with these sorts of things as and when one captures my imagination.

Do you Mean Actionmaster Thundercracker ? - (he's actually still G1) or a new colour scheme made up specially ?

I think MP Actionmaster Thundercracker might be fun though - I can see that as something I'd probably buy especially if it was the same sort of Price as the iGear current Anime colour Thundercracker. The good thing is you'd have the option to dress him up how you liked as Shattered or AM G1 or even decide he is G2 and he's Complement Ramjet by the addition of your preferred labels.

I like these. Though the translucent seeker seems like it'll be either really great, or really fragile.

Can anyone think of a reasoning behind the igear idea or a Translucent Purple Seeker ?

Is it in some comic I've not seen or something - I don't remember the Clones glowing for example, and as it's Purple and not Black it's not really immediately suggestive of Skywarp mid-teleport.

The best mid-teleport Skywarp customs are the ones that are partly clear and partly opaque and graduated so he's half disappeared those look great usually when done with mixtures of KOLD & CHMS Seeker parts.

But the Clear purple one has me stumped I will admit.

The Forest Green Seeker looks WICKED though, I've no plans to get a prototype but I'll definitely be getting a main run in that scheme, possibly some others as well.

Hmm.. really hard for me to devote even more space to MP Seekers, although I do like this deco. I liked Current and Storm too, but six is enough.

Pardon the noob question, but does "limited prototype" mean prototypes are available for purchase right now, with final versions to be available later? If so I've gotta jump on some of this awesome train.

I like Acid Storm, and I've been looking for an excuse to get one of Igear's Seekers, but it doesn't feel Acidstormy enough for me. Needs some camo or neon to break up the dull green abit. Acid Storms my favorite Seeker and I'd love to buy this, so here's hoping!

I'm not sure. It's not a noob question, it's actually kind of confusing.. it does seem to say that you can buy these three right now with this deco, and they intend to release them again later with a different deco.

But it could mean that G2 Ramjet and Translucent Current are the limited prototypes of PP03J (ramjet) and PP03C (blue and white seeker that most people call ice storm), which they've already released, though I no longer see the original PP03c in their store.

It's all very confusing.

Jeez! How are they going to get away with this?!? I mean I'm suprised Hasbro and Takara's not in their throats on this yet!
