Fansproject Teaser - Warbot W002

The third party company, Fansproject, has been relatively silent on upcoming projects as of late, but tossed this teaser image on their Facebook page which simply reads "W002 Warbot QTY: 6 PCS". You can view this image by clicking the thumbnail.

What could this mean exactly? Is this possibly referring to the evil Warbot Defender seen in the comic packed in with the first Warbot Defender, the Heartmaster that's been in development, or is this something new entirely? Whatever the case, Fansproject always seems to have a way of enticing some excitement within the Transformers community. Feel free to join in and share your thoughts with the discussion already in progress!

If I remember correctly, there was another "warbot" type bot in the comic book that came with the original warbot they released.....maybe its that one?

Interesting that it's already in the production phase and in a case of six. Looks like they should be in-store in no time. Strange how nobody saw this coming.

We haven't even seen a prototype of a Blitzwing; heck, even Collector and unnamed not-Broadside were mere silhouettes years ago.

This unseen mold is not only done, but the packaging is done it's stuffed into shipping cases? No third party has gone from virtually nothing (no prototypes, renders, art) to *poof* damn near in stock!

Isn't that Broadside? Look at the head and it appears to have red. Also Blitzwing has a visor

I read what you wrote, but you said "Steel Core" which doesn't give any clue as to who it's an homage to, and that's why people have continued to guess.

Feel free to use this as an opportunity to say what character it is, though. Because, I'd like to know.

I don't think this is Heartmaster/Steel Core. They'd have no reason to hide the name if that were the case.

My neither. Plus, one year ago fansproject announced BOTH Warbot 2 (WB002) AND "(Audacity) Amelioration of Novel form, HeartMaster" (HM-001):
